What a great family run convenience store. Awesome friendly staff. Every time I go in, there's new food, and fresh at that. Wish all convenience stores were like this.

The owners are wonderful and care about the local community. The store is clean and presentable. They are doing hot food and the chicken burgers are superb. Large variety and you can also do the lotto. I highly recommend

Doordash /Uber Ben & Jerry's orders through this store are always cancelled, menu is never in stock despite accepting your order and charging you for it, and will make you wait 45 minutes before informing you.

Recently I was rehearsing upstairs for a performance and was always able to count on the night owl downstairs. The owner made all of us upstairs feel welcome and one of the workers gave a student of ours a 10 cent discount because he sung to him. See you next school holidays!

Suspect the cashier is overcharging. Orange juice was marked as $6.50 was put through as $1 more. When mentioned he just smiled and placed it through correctly. I would normally chalk it down as accidental but I've had this happen to my partner before. CHECK WHAT YOU GET CHARGED FOR.

It must be hard working late shift and still welcome all customers! This place always does that. It’s great to have a nice chat and fresh dim sims and ice cream. Highly recommended for the late night munchies

Been there a couple of times over the past weeks, and each time I have had the same experience, of on shelf pricing not being honoured at checkout. Didn't realise till after paying, and when I raised it with the person working, they apologised, but didn't offer a refund. Instead I was told to come back later to see the manager. The shelves seem to have numerous, contradictory, sale prices. For some reason bananas are advertised as $2.50 kg, but then I was charged $1 per banana because I had less than a kg (not sure how I am meant to guess exactly a kg when I pick them up?). Seems like the managers are trying to over charge customers. Night Owl, please investigate this store. I will also be lodging a complaint to consumer affairs, as this doesn't seem to be a once off.

Awesome manager. Always super friendly and good with customers. Knows his products and is always down for a friendly chat.

I know it's probably forced on the attendants but I'm tired of having to say No to constant upsell attempts. No, I don't want six hour old hot food. No, I don't want "buy one, get one" deals. I just want whatever I put on the counter, that's it. I shouldn't have to say No like four times before I can even pay for what I want.

Give it a rest, please.

Poor customer service. Guy told us to leave the store for accusing us of shoplifting. When wr asked for his name he refused to his name and kicked us out. We went back after 5 mins and he tried to apologise by saying we are great people. Me and my friends are keeping the store alive
