I've been shopping at this store on a daily basis since I moved into the area 5yrs ago. The staff who work in that store, to a man, are an absolute asset to the business. They are attentive and polite. Not in a by-rote fashion either. Sincerely polite. There are a fair few homeless in the area, many of them drunk, but the boys in that store treat everyone with the same sincere politeness, whether they be well heeled, or a staggering drunk. Dean, you, specifically, are a gentleman, through and through, buddy.

I work close to Night Owl so I have visited this shop regularly over the past few years. Kamal and Mike are always lovely and welcome you with a smile on their face. Best Night Owl in Cairns:)
