Night Owl Kangaroo Point cashier (tall, young, dark hair) deliberately palmed off a dud $20 note to me during a cash withdrawal at around 1pm today. The way he grabbed the cash out of the drawer was odd, but I was in a hurry so I didn’t check the notes. Won’t be back. Really poor form to deliberately rip off a customer.

Love to come here. Staff are all so lovely and kind and the atmosphere is great. Doesn’t feel like the typical night owl. Everything is in good order and shop is very easy to navigate. Prices are all very reasonable too. Always leave the shop happier than when I came in

These guys sell the best potato scallops! Only reason u dont get 5 stars as you always sell out n make me wait 5 mins for them to cook! PLease please put more in your hotbox so i dont have to stand there like a drip waiting.

The staff here are wonderful and it’s a pleasure to get a smile with my coffee, highly recommended.

Albeit Night Owl is an expensive place to purchase most things it is convenient and worth the extra we pay so we dont have to drag our lazy butts further to coles or woolies. The staff are all very polite and professional which is a rare experience in retail considering customers can be obnoxious and down right rude for no real reason. The manager Toby is always good for a banter and should really be promoted to an area manager or even national training manager as i regularly see him training new franchisees or staff. Keisha is also a major asset the company as her customer sevice is second to none and deserves to manage a store rather than have her talents wasted as just one of their checkout chicks who can make a mean coffee.

I know I will remain a daily customer of the Kangaroo Point Store for as long as i live in the area.

Absolute thrash place the pies were hard as bricks and the service literally takes 10 minutes as they ignore you.

Very expensive condoms. Had to go without. I am not as frugal as I thought.

One of the very few stores in these here parts where you can get a coffee (ok, calm down aficionados) on Good Friday and Xmas Day. Staff’re as affable as you’d expect with a sleazy old bastard like me. If it’s open, Don’t miss getting a croissant from the bakery next door: it’s/their incredible!

I don't understand why call themselves "Night Owl" if they're never open at night? They close early (midnight) which is a huge pain especially if you're a shift worker. Aside from that most of the staff are friendly, prices are high, but shop is in convenient location.

Food not handled correctly in accordance with health regulations.

Nightowl is never a great place to go to but this one is one of the better stores because it is right next door to the Nightowl head office.

Great for a late night stop or picking up items at a last minute convenience.
Handy and in a great position.
More expensive than your local supermarket but you ARE paying for the convenience of the store and its hours.
