7The best spot for morning coffee which has the friendliest staff of any store I've been too. They're just to cool. I've read the other reviews and none of the complaints don't sound to be legitimate and I've used the store 24/7.plus one added the 7/11 a few doors down was friendly and accommodating obviously is one of their friends as none of us that live in the area use the 7/11 so it's no surprise when the 7/11 did a midnight flick and disappeared overnight.
Good sell selection, not great prices, poor customer service. I was counting some change out to pay for my purchase and the staff yelled out to me to use the other register. I responded in a normal tone that I was just counting out my cash and I was told not to be so salty. Really inappropriate to talk to customers in such a manner when I was not demanding her to use another register and was happy to move to the other one but didn't want to get in the way of other customers ready to pay.
Bless this night owl - they carry ear plugs! Weird thing to need but without them I couldn't have stayed out with my friends and that'd have ruined my night.
Not a fan of standing at a checkout while staff ignore me and keep talking to each other. Especially when they've looked right at me and are standing there doing nothing. Seems to be a common thing at this store. Left my drink on the counter and walked out. Monday 15th March around 10am.
I was there Wednesday night, standing in the chip aisle signing up to their rewards system and the rude Indian guy working came over and told me I was standing there for too long and I told him that I was signing up to the program and he told me he didn’t care and for me to hurry up. I work at a Nightowl myself and this is not the customer service you give people. Absolutely disgusted walked out and lost money from my friends and I, will never be visiting this place again, We went and spent our money at the 7/11 a few shops down who were polite, friendly and welcoming.
I visited store at Wednesday and the staff name CHRIS he misbehaved and rudely with me and my friend. He also asked for id and i only bought food from store. Its really disgraceful. He just asked for identification for his own personal means. He explained that I need ID because you are in store. I did not ask for any tobacco products as well. Like we did not say anything wrong to him but still he started misbehaving with my friend and he starts judging my friend’s english. Who are you to judge on someone’s language?
