Staff is friendly. Not sure what these negative reviews saying otherwise are going on about. I've lived near this store for a year now and use it semifrequently. Have yet to run into any issues.

Every time I buy pot of yogurt here it’s gone off despite having another month left of expiry date. So annoying! I don’t have time to go back to refund some $3 product.

Go here every two days, sometimes every day, as I live in the Sebel across the road, staff are always delightful and friendly.

The best customer service u have ever got at this store the staff and managed was very help full and friendly and the coffee was very hot and nice to drink and I have no fault at this place and I be back

Your standard convenience store.not cheap, but that's why it's a convenient store.store is tidy and the staff member who served me was friendly.

Now I'm sure I've been overcharged after I read the comment above. I'll go to 711 instead of this.

RIPPED OFF!

Clearly advertised deal at the fridge deal, but guy wouldn’t honour the price or take the marketing poster down. Couldn’t be bothered segueing over $3 but definitely would never shop here again.

I wish I could give negative rating for this shop - unprofessional behavior by shop owner - They were running short on small cups - but i wanted to buy small coffee - shop owner denied to give small coffee in medium cup - which is frustrating - unfortunately i had to buy medium coffee which was worst i ever had - please do not visit this place guys.

Very unfriendly and impatient staff. Had to wait for him to finish mopping the floor to get served, rolled his eyes when my card is rejected while I apologize straight away and transfer money ASAP.

Nighowl charges more then double price as compared to supermarket like woolworths or IGA supermarket. I bought a power convertor and they sold me at 15$ price while thats actual price was 7$. I had another bad experience at nightowl is that once i bought grocery from nightown and it cost me 43$ and the same grocery i bought from woolworths in less then 20$. I'll never recommend Nightowl to anyone.

I visit this store about 3 times a week to buy a drink for lunch.

The store seems reasonably busy with people popping in and out although you always get served quickly and with a smile.

The customer service is excellent by the girl named Sherry (or similar) who works there during weekdays. She's always happy and gives you a friendly greeting every time. I wish more customer service staff were like her.

I would certainly recommend this store to anyone wanting a drink or snack in the CBD.
