Very bad customer service by seniormost lady who always yelled on junior staff and very bad with customers

I think the blonde chick who has been around for more years than I can count is amazing and certainly always goes above and beyond. Even with the weird rude customer shouting at her recently

I had really bad experience at nextra store at Wynnum plaza the old lady was so rude I went there at 8: 30 am when she opened the store she asked me to wait there for around 15 minutes but she was serving plenty of people those are coming after me so I don’t recommend this store to anyone she don’t deserve even single star.

Hope less young girls no idea when busy I ask 1 quick pick she gave me 90$ worth nice try how they make their money

I was greeted with a smile by a young lady called Caitlin on Sunday. I went there to buy some items but was unsure where they were. Caitlin assisted me in finding these. It was fast and easy and I left with everything I needed. I will be returning soon.

Good sized newsagent that has a large selection of traditional style newsagent wares. Pens, books, magazines everywhere and special buys like 18th, 21st and wedding celebration items as well. Check it out and see what you think.

It seems ok. Was doing some great lotto business yesterday but is had 2022 diaries in March with no discount. Cheeky

Poor customer service from the owner. Went there to buy a card over an hour before closing time on a Thursday night. I patiently waited for him to finish counting the money in the till. When he finally served me, he made no eye contact and was rude. I asked if he preferred cash or card (considering he was counting the money in the till) and he replied with “Whatever, I don’t care. ” I paid by card which added a surcharge. After the payment, he didn’t bother to slide the card to my side of the plastic screen. Instead, he left it for me to reach over and grab. Not sure why I bothered but I thanked him as he continued to look down and count his money. He then gave my fiancé the same unfriendly treatment during her transaction. Having spoken to family about this and hearing similar opinions of his customer service, it seems like this is a common occurrence. I won’t be going back to Nextra Wynnum Plaza if I can avoid it.

They have lots off things cards books soveneires solor shirts lotto scratchers and lots more happy with everything

For some reason the owner of this store always stare at me weirdly when I buy something from the store!
