This happen:
Very bad service I got today, thought it was click and collect service easy to get too walk to it and open weekend Now they have stop that service not good either (post office not open on weekends)
Now I have work out costly plan b now.
Might have to catch public transport new location
Frustrated customer.

Lady who served me with longish greyish hair. Didnt realise I came with a hearing aid! Next time tone it down or tone it down for you. Very rude and an absolute unwelcoming staff!

Nextra Brook News is located inside the Brookside Shopping Centre, right across from The Coffee Club. This business has been in the Brookside for a number of years & provides an excellent service to the local community or anyone passing through the local area. This store has a wide range of cards for all occasions, whether it be for weddings, anniversaries or birthdays. A great assortment of magazines are available, along with soft toys & other items for special celebrations. There is also stationery that can be purchased. The Customer Service provided is excellent, some of the staff have been there for a number of years. Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions are in place, as is the practice in this shopping centre.nextra Brook News is wheelchair friendly, there is also plenty of parking available both undercover & open air at Brookside Shopping Centre.

A rather large Newsagency & gift shop! A great range of cards & unique gifts! Quick & helpful service provided by all the staff! Wheelchair access is available! Sculptures & prints! Although they don't offer layby service they can put a product away for you! I finally bought the angel statue holding a lamb that I had been eyeing off for weeks! $99.00! Staff couldn't believe it was selling! I recently bought a guitar magazine for my friend in hospital! They have really cool & unique gifts

Fast and helpful - scanned and printed for me even though my USB refused to open the first 5 tries.

Its because they r not polite and u might be first but if someone's else line up they will put someone else first I recon it is UNFAIR

Worst customer service. They try and avoid your eyes so they don’t have to help you. 5 people standing at the cash register with no customers. But they chat away like getting paid to stand around and talk. My opinion and experience. If I could give this place a no star I will.

Heaps of ideal gifts. Reading materials are priced reasonably, staff member are helpful. Lotto tickets available.
