As a regular customer (2 to 3 times a week) it is refreshing to see such friendly and helpful staff on each and every visit. I have just put my children's School Book Orders in for the 6th year in a row and once again they are ready on time and exactly what I ordered. Keep up the great work.
Great prices and well stocked. A good variety of gifts and reading materials. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I expect a receipt when I shop, or at least the offer of one. It so irritates me when I have to ask for the receipt for a purchase. Also staff are a tad rude (some, not all) and slow to respond to customers. Too busy chatting to each other.
