On Saturday the lady working at Nextra was very careful in packaging my gift so it wouldn't break. I just appreciate she took the time to help.

The elder lady that was working there today was the most rudest person. Will not be going back any time soon.

Was served by a kind young gentleman and offered great service. I believe his name was Ridley? Helped me find what I was looking for and quickly process it. Even helped me with cake ideas for my baking that afternoon!

This is hands down the most disgusting business I've ever shopped at. I was served by an older woman (im assuming around 65/70ish) with the worst attitude I have seen from an employee in many years, her manager should have a stern word with her. The store is filled with dust, and incredibly dirty carpet and tiles. This shop is appalling and I honestly feel badly for the other employees who must suffer working here. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I bought pens from here which did not work. I tested them a few minutes after purchase and took them back. The girl at the counter told me there’s nothing they could do. She then laughed, spoke to her colleague in Arabic and walked off. Appalling! Never shop here!

I shopped here recently and got served by an employee called Lachlan.he gave me some of the best customer service i’ve ever received and i will definitely be shopping here again because of it! He should be employee of the month!

Such kind employees, some of the best customer service I have ever recived. I was served by two young boys, unfortunately I am unable to recall their names, but they were able to help my find what I wanted, wrap my purchases and give downright outstanding service. I commend whoever trained these young gentlemen.

The newsagent up on top floor, gave me the worst service this afternoon, i waited patiently to be served and even let 2 people go before me, then the staff member went to the far till to count money and ignored me. When I said, can you please serve me as I've been waiting a while, I did say, i think i'm important to be served, he responded by saying, "well I think the money is more important " I wont take my business there again!
