Next Level - High Ropes Adventure Park

Staff were extremely rude and got kicked off the course for unfair reason. Never ever going back there again, worst ever staff. They don’t allow refunds I say that’s messed up.
Oh another thing, apparently fun isn’t allowed felt like boot camp on a course you can’t enjoy
So if I was you don’t even bother going there.

The whole experience was lovely; the courses were challenging and demanding, and the staff were just amazing, can't rate them highly enough- they were so pleasant and helpful and encouraging, a real credit to your business.

Only about six people on the under 8's course, so no waiting. Great level of challenge for my granddaughter (and me). Staff assistance was friendly and considerate of the hesitancy of some of the kids. Price was reasonable but perhaps a discount for seniors, 10%?

Not for the faint hearted, however the safety standards are extremely high and the staff are awesome. Had a blast and especially did the kids! Thx

The staff were absolutely lovely and so understanding regarding my fear of heights, I felt comfortable and had a absolute blast!

Had a wonderful 2 hours exploring the high ropes course, loved the zip lines! A birthday experience with my son.happy to get outside my comfort zone after another trip around the sun

This was fun and challenging, but most of all the staff were yet again patient, professional and went above and beyond. You made sure that my son, who is terrified of heights, was able to overcome the fear and make it to the very end. Cannot thank you all enough. We’ll be back soon.

I visited for the third time with my son and his friend. My son had previously been to Next Level twice, but his friend had never been before. My son's friend didn't like the experience at all and didn't want to continue. One of the extremely patient and helpful staff members directed us to an area to wait where he would help us after the next group went through. Well, in my eyes, he went above and beyond to make our visit extremely positive, and one to remember forever! I am disappointed I didn't get his name to write here in the review. However, this staff member showed genuine compassion, patience and an awesome energy around the children and adults alike. In fact, all the staff members we dealt with were lovely, and we will be back again and again! Thanks team, you do an amazing job at keeping everyone safe and having fun at the same time. I loved the complete experience at Next Level on the medium level course and both granddaughters were over the moon. We all felt very safe whilst on the course

My son did the medium course. He found the staff quite helpful and they gave him some recommendations. He was highly recommended to wear sunscreen as quite high off the ground So easy to be burnt He managed to complete the medium course within the 2 hours but was too tired to continued to do another course after that

The staff were friendly and experienced and were present when help was needed. Such a great experience and can not wait to go back to try more levels.

Holidaying from Melbourne, going on the Next Level HIgh Ropes was an amazing and challenging experience. Thanks to one of the helpers (Ella), we made it onto the advanced challenge which was very hard but helpful having Ella guide us. These high ropes are not for the faint hearted, this is a challenging and strenuous full body workout, and great value for money.

Great place for kids! Built their confidence with height! My kids totally loved it!

Friendly staff and great location.

The entire course was thoughtfully set out, taking into account all skill levels. The staff were kind and encouraging and very knowledgeable. We felt very safe with all the precautionary measures in place, and we found the safety briefing to be very informative and helpful.

My son and I had a wonderful time at Next Level. Considering the risk involved with running such an operation, we felt safe and looked after as we explored the obstacle course. Refreshing to see young people employed to deliver a service on behalf of an organisation, actually trained to deliver a professional service. Well done guys!
