A lady who does not talk English properly at the counter, repeating impolite questions towards clients, disappointing.
The store used to have nicer service from all friendly staff.

So cluttered can't get to the front counter and when you do the staff have no clue. The older fellow wants to sell you every lotto he has. Go to the lotto kiosk up by Target.

This shop.has the most pathetic customer service. The bloke is rude not sure if he's the owner but I will not shop there again

Bought lotto tickets for the last 6 years from you guys never ever one even the minimum prize I would not recommend buying scratchies or tickets as they only sell the losing tickets, bit of a shock not to ever win not even a small prize maybe actually stop buying the dud tickets and allow your customers to have a win once!

Just purchased some lottery tickets from here, what a lovely young man Ewan was who served me. So happy and positive, excellent customer service!
