Terrible. Had 3 separate TNT/Fed Exp packages delivered here on separate occasions and had problems with all 3 deliveries.

First one TNT told me the business was open until 6pm but it's not. So had to go there twice. Ok, fair enough that was the businesses fault.

But second delivery I called the business prior to ask what time they closed and the guy said between 5pm and 530pm. Not happy with that answer when their google ad says open until 530pm so I asked the guy was it 5 or 530 because I didn't want to arrive and have the place closed like the first time, he ended the call without saying goodbye.

Both 2nd and 3rd times I arrived to collect my package I had to search through ALL the boxes of packages that were in a pile in the corner order to find my delivery. I could have taken ANY box I liked because no one checked.

Honestly not sure why this company agrees to be a delivery point for parcels when they aren't interested. They must get good money from the delivery companies.

Terrible customer service from older man behind the counter, I would never talk to anyone with such attitude. Would not recommend.

A unique store with a surprise find. It is worth a visit if you want that amazing gift that is lovely and different

Wow new owners fresh look insde and lots of new on offer friendly family operator's as always friendly staff. Great pop in worth a lookie lu.

Fantastic staff. Great layout. Brilliant gifts. Hundreds of cards for all occasions.
Magazines galore to cater for every (well most anyway) tastes. Oh, and newspapers. Drinks, ice creams, chocolates and a few corner store staples. And lotto - they haven’t sold me the big winner yet however we have an agreement on that.

Such good service, love visiting here.

No ATM, feels like this shop could offer more for the fact that it's the only shop in the area. Just stationary and lotto. Mostly just post cards and magazines.

Took my son down to see if they had an AFL footy card album for his ever-growing collection this morning. Unfortunately they didn't have one but I received a call just an hour or so later saying they've ordered one in. My son will be over the moon!
