Great service and the best selection anywhere of magazines.great selection for my aged mother
I have been supporting this business for many years via the purchase of lottery products for Christmas, birthdays and other family occasions. This morning I was doing some window shopping at Plaza News whilst waiting for the general start of trade at 9: 00am, to find myself under attack totally provoked by what appeared to be either the News Agent himself or an on duty employee of his. The man of concern appeared to be angry because some items fell off a rotatable display because it was mis located by Plaza News, not me, where it couldn’t function as intended. I was then followed to public seating by this disgruntled representative of Plaza News to. I told the male to “go away” and walk away in an endeavour of my own to remove myself from this gross misconduct, to the other side of the Centre, only to be followed by PN with a mobile phone.
My Demands from this point onwards are simple:
If you know who I am;
LEAVE ME ALONE and DON’T SPEAK TO ME EVER AGAIN.
I won’t be buying your vile Gambling products ever again.
Friendly and helpful staff, fair range of magazines and gifts as well as Lotto agency. I'll be back, despite them not selling me a winning lottery ticket!

The young girl who works in this agency and the one at Helensvale Westfield is extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with.
Young girls who work in there are extremely rude and are never helpful or nice. Won't be coming back
