Very poor service. If you have a question to ask about any of the products or in relation to your go card, do not ask the employees. You will leave knowing less than when you came in. I believe it is the new management, because the previous manager was very kind and respectful. Also, the prices here are ridiculous. Steer clear!

Absolutely awful service and the salesman got very aggressive and abusive. Had notification via SMS that a delivery of mine went to their newsagency.
They denied having the parcel despite my photo ID and the tracking details and order number on the SMS on my phone. Said it wasn't their problem, and I had to phone the courier company. The arrogant salesman said that they only accept small parcels, so if it was bigger (they couldn't tell me what was too big), they just reject it.
Excellent.what lousy service. I was planning on buying a couple of cards, a magazine and a lotto ticket after collecting the delivery. Changed my mind and will never shop here again. And will share this to every one I know.

Typical newspaper shop. Seems to have good selection of magazines, cards, stationary.and lotto. Friendly service.

Great range of magazines and greeting cards, well-stocked with stationery, lots of puzzles and a variety of gifts (including stuffed toys) available. Friendly and helpful staff - reminded me to get the envelope which went with the card I purchased.

This is a very convenient newsagent. Nice people behind the counter and very professional. Enjoy coming into their shop

The owner was very rude and unhelpful about taking a trolley into the store. I have a bad back injury and did everything possible to accommodate all customers in the store. The gentleman behind the counter had no sympathy for me and would not listen in anyway to my side. I may have lost my cool a bit but felt totally prevoked and dismissed.

If I could give this outlet 0 stars I would. I had a problem with my parcelpoint return. Rather than helping me find a solution the Owner (as he loudly declared he was) was instead aggressive & rude. When I expressed that I understood his problem and tried to work with him to find a solution he got even more belligerent. When there's so much GOOD customer focused retail competition out there, you don't need sub-par outlets like this one. 0/5
