Long queues whilst everyone waits to be served by two staff members who think it’s a great idea to break into long conversations. Then when finally served you have to deal with a miserable Karen. One and only time we’d ever go there.
The staff are always friendly and they have everything. I really like it.
The (Perhaps) owner of this CASH business thought he summed me up while serving me, he covered my cash winnings with a receipt, old ticket receipt and new ticket. He looked very imbalanced when I noticed his short changing scam, my $460 win became $430 after new purchase inclusion, He didn’t apologise or look me in the eye, he just sheepishly gave me $30 when I stared him down. On behalf of your mostly elderly patrons, SHAME!
Only one problem - too many nice things! Great for gifts & staff are friendly & helpful
