A great place for families. There is a café. There are a variety of water games for children, and the water is warm and refreshing at the same time

Plenty of water activities for kids, different pools with different themes and the Olympic pool has a great space. Has a food stall but didn't purchase anything. Kids had a lot of fun and also we did!

There's so much to do here, especially for young children. Great place to cool off on a hot day. Entry is super cheap. I'll definitely be back.

Clean, safe and secure with plenty of lifeguards. Tons of parking close to
The pool in their own carpark just 60m from the Entrance. The Covered 50m- 8 lane squad/ Lap pool is protected from the sun with a huge blue shade sail. Complimented with a 25m heated lap pool also covered with the same Blue shade cloth. An indoor heated learn to swim hydro pool, several kids play pools including a wading pool with a giant green frog and the other pool has 2 water slides l, plus a pool with a 30m loop water slide. A water play area with a tipping splash bucket in a sea creature themed area. Loads of covered and uncovered picnic tables, and BBQ adjacent to a Very cool Pirate Ship adventure playground, a family indoor AC cooler Crèche to leave your kids while you exercise. An Indoor gymnasium. My daughter has visited here many times for Birthday parties. Prices are great. This is a Well planned, spacious family retreat on a searing hot and humid day. The trees on the bank next to the train line shade the Park from the north bound sun. The Newmarket Olympic Pool is close to
Trains and buses and Shopping centre.

Best swim complex I have visited. I travel 20 minutes no traffic past other
pools because they are Clean and friendly and accommodation for so many activities for all ages! I wish we had something like this in my area.
Thank You!

My kid enjoyed the swimming lessons there however the customer service is terrible! My kid started swimming since she was 3 months. The swimming lessons she went to was too entry for her even the swimming teacher said to us we can book one level up. However when I asked a staff if I can book different level for her, she was so rude and told me no. I have talked to her every time we went there. Felt like she lived in her own mind and ignored what I said to her! Very disappointed but the swimming teacher was good. My friend said to me she also feels the same way that the same staff doesn’t listen and every difficult and rude to communicate with.

Today we went to Newmarket swimming pool, we paid for the entry fee and entered through the gate. As soon as we entered a lady from the other counter who was selling foods and lollies rudely stopped us and shouted in a loud voice that we need to pay entry fee to enter the building which we paid. Its better to communicate with the person who is handling all the check in process rather than shouting in loud voice.
Really disappointed, we go there every week.

I know staff bwhind the counter here are kids, but would it hurt to say please and thank you and lose the attitude? I know it's busy on Australia Day, but change rooms needed a clean too. It's only 3pm.

***VETERANS BEWARE***
There is a rude, ex defence, self entitled gold card holder that works at the service counter who is denying veterans concessions.

What the actual.my brother who is a veteran with multiple physical and mental health disabilities and was rudely denied a concession from the absolute worst human at the service counter on the grounds that his gold card was not sufficient.

The website says gold card holders are eligible for a concession. That is flat out the biggest joke.

It's not even about the money but the way a veteran treated another veteran. Absolutely disgusted.

I get it some people never leave the green behind and still think they have the right to dictate how they treat others without consequences. Heads up this is the real world. No one cares who you were in the military. Grow up and have some self respect.

Peace ️
