You went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciated it. I could not believe it when i saw the word Trainee on your badge, you certainly knew what you were talking about. And you found me a “last pair” so they were a bargain! Added bonus. Thanks John.
Paid $220 for shoes and doesn’t even have a good quality, this happened after wearing for 4days.
The one star is for the young male attendant that took the time to serve me. Very little to say about the rest of the staff, there was ZERO FLOOR SERVICE.i. E.they just stood behind the counter, watching the clientele walk around aimlessly, as compared to perhaps ADIDAS where there were staff approaching you as you searched the shelves asking you if you needed sizes or had any questions etc. Bit of a shame for the NB brand to have these people representing their brand. Please retrain them!

Great staff, special shout-out to Tara who was so patient as my partner tried on half a dozen pairs of shoes. She explained the different range of styles and fit to help him find the best pair.
I purchased my shoes from the online store (located at the web address in this listing) and the rubber has come off the bottom after around six months. Clearly it is a faulty shoe and I am entitled to a replacement or refund as per Australian law and they will not give me it. I have been wearing these same brand (and model even) shoe for over 30 years and will never buy direct again, I will stick with buying them from Rebel or Athlete's Foot, they wouldn't treat me like this. Stay away from this physical store and their website
I went to the shop to change a pair of shoes (wrong size) and I was attended by Ryan, who was same person who sold me the shoes the first time.
Once again, he went out of his way, helping me to get the right ones, walking me around the shop showing me more options and models, always with a big smile in his face.
Finally I found the right ones and bought another extra pair for my wife.
People like Ryan make you feel like you are the most important client and definitely will make you a loyal client.

I should have read the reviews on this store before going there but who does that for DFO shopping. The store was not very busy and there was one customer and the counter and 3 staff standing around the counter. We entered the store and proceeded to pick up sports shoes looking for sizes and then looking around the store for assistance. The one customer that was being served had left and the 3 staff were still standing together at the counter. I walked to the counter and said do you offer service here and the staff member said yes what do you need. Seriously, they get paid to stand around and chat to each other until you approach them at the counter. That is pathetic. I turned around and my partner had already left the store in disgust. If I could give a zero rating I would.
Give this store a miss!
I wanted to buy a pair of shoes through online store as they have better collection than any other 3rd party stores.
1st time order placed and in minutes my order was rejected. There is no reason why it is rejected, gave the customer number to contact.rang customer care waited for 45 Mints no response. Reached out via email.customer rep told me that their system is automatically rejecting as caution and requested me to try different mode of payment and the mode is credit card, which it shouldn't reject.
Here is the communication.
2nd time I tried the same, But paid with Paypal and rejected again.same message no information on why it rejected. Again I started chasing the customer rep. Now they said that the size which I choose is not available in the warehouse.
Why the hell a online store doesn't reflect their stock in warehouse and why the reject message doesn't say any information. Even customer rep doesn't know why it rejected and asked me to pay by another mode.
It is a waste of time for me and the company. This is how companies waste money on their operational inefficiencies.
Had a wonderful experience at your Brisbane DFO store. Angus gave exceptional customer service helping me find correct fitting shoes for my twins (who have different sized feet) within my price range. I bought my new 880s there a few weeks ago. The staff were helpful, but unfortunately the NB branding stuff fell of the brand new shoe within days. It's disappointing poor quality for a leading brand.
Had not used this outlet before (always purchased New Balance from a sports store), but in future will use the outlet. Yesterday i was served by Jacob who was so engaging, helpful, knowledgeable and above all an exceedingly polite young man. Jacob is an asset to your store.
Great service by fellow who was probs the store manager, was very helpful tracking down a pair of shoes to check in stock before I came down to try them on. Nothing was too much trouble, stoked with the sale prices too. Thanks:)
I was served by Anita late last week. I was popping in quickly to get the same model of shoe I have been wearing, so didn't think I needed any help. Anita was engaging, energetic and knowledgable. Went in for the great shoes at great prices. Left very impressed by the great service.
The lady with the blonde hair was very rude and seemed to not like her job. Literally left a bad taste in my mouth and not wanting to return.
The customer is terrible! Anita was very unfriendly no was going to purchase a few more pairs, but her bad customer service definitely made me want to leave.
Purchased shoes for my 9 year old today. Best customer service I've received in a long time! Thank you Alex, you were friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with my son. He absolutey loves his new shoes and the new matching black socks. Would definitely recommend and will return.
The Young fellow who looked after us my husband and I was awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly and extremely well mannered. I think his name was Alex. He deserve a bonus in his pay!
