Great staff and the new range of New Balance shoes are the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn.

Purchased a few pairs of New Balance sports shoes here, the reasons being they have a great product, at excellent outlet prices and give great fitting advice. That's what keeps me coming back.

Bought my new balance shoes on Saturday at Harbour Town store. Very comfortable shoes and friendly and informative help from Wendy. The shop was very busy but the young lady let me know she wouldn't be long. Thanks will definitely be back.

Went to New Balance on advice of podiatrist. Have diabetes and have several amputations and suffer from diabetic ulcers & osteomyelitis. Found shoes to relieve my problems and the fitting and advice I was given by Gemma was so good. Now the owner of one pair and getting a second. Hopefully many of my problems associated with diabetes are now overcome.

This outlet has got a team of people. NB running shoes are worth the go especially at great offer rate. Not sure about other stuff. My experience with this outlet has been great so far.

I love New Balance but I forget how bad the customer service is. It is the only big brand in the world that does not provide an exchange service. Any big brand I have used, has provided me with a high quality of customer service. I bought the new sneakers style online, but came with the wrong size. For me to exchange to the actual size is being like a rocket science. It is 2021 and a business that can’t provide a good customer service, should go down. They should have the exchange service at the outlet or any store that sells New Balance. The staff were polity, my complaint is against the organisation. Unfortunately, I have to stop purchasing this brand.

Mark provided excellent service to myself and my partner. We had been to at least 3 other shoe stores today before we visited this one. Mark was highly knowledgeable and provided more tailored advice than anyone else. We both left as happy customers and will be happy to return to this store!

Just use the online store they don't have new releases and they don't stock basketball shoes anymore.

Really friendly and helpful service. Lots to choose from and some great bargains worth snagging if you get lucky with the size you’re after. Staff were keen to help and attentive, even though they’re were a few people in the store.
