We had a positive experience purchasing school books here, didn't know the shop existed until someone at Officeworks told us about it. We called twice and both team members were friendly on the phone and helped us find what we needed.

I have dealt with Network Ed for school library and text hire purchases for a number of years. Supplies, delivery times and customer contact have been great. Would recommend.

Unfortunately I was ignored for ten minutes for a 1 minute question and a 30 second sale. I understand people are busy within a business however if you are blatantly ignored it does not sit nicely as a paying customer. Better luck next time.

I was pleasantly surprised today when i walked into network educational a lovely fat black dog come over to greet me in this day and age it was so nice that a business treats its animals with respect and cares about animals. All of the stationary for my children was all neatly packed and the owner of the business carried to my car.
This is a business this has some old fashion customer service and care about their customers while I have read the previous reviews before getting the stationary i have to say this business and met and exceed my expectation and it also cares about animals if only some other businesses on the coast could act in such a way.

I went to Network this year for my daughter's book pack after I had received poor service elsewhere. I cannot praise this company enough, for taking the time to help us. Anything that was not in stock, they ordered in and my daughter went back to school with a full pack. Their customer service is excellent, and they really looked after us. I will be back next year for sure.
Thank you so much to the staff, much appreciated!

Staff have good product knowledge and were able to recommend resources which would suit my needs. Communication regarding my order was efficient, and turn around time was quicker than expected. Would definitely recommend.

Bernie Biss, I totally concur with your bad experience, further, they list books that are no longer in publication and accept your payment regardless. The Rob character hides behind his staff, making them apologise on his behalf. I dealt with him on my order throughout the post-sale process. My final call to him, I expressed my dissatisfaction asking him why the experience was so bad, all I want is regular updates and the truth after being mislead in email exchanges 'Yes it will be available from the publishers next week'. If I had not called and spoke to his staff on earlier occasions, I would be still waiting. He hung up on me on my final call, I also noticed that a refund came through straight after that. It looks like they know how to deal with unhappy customers, as I think they have a high volume of unhappy customer that have been mislead. Further, I think they just accept everyone's money and earn interest off the funds sitting in their account for books that are no longer available and refund only when someone asks for an update. I think ASIC needs to take a look at this.

Falsely advertising book as High Interest Low Level readers when the publishers describe them for 'the whole school' or 'fluent readers'.
Packaging extremely poor- with most books not having a sheet explaining their level- meaning you have to wade through publisher information from a variety of sources yourself.
Filling of the order was very careless-for example, ordered 8 titles of one book- 6 arrived and another 2 completely random titles were packaged with these
Owner, Rob Watts, resented any criticism, constantly made excuses and continued to be in denial about the issues with this book order worth over $3000. He was very unpleasant to deal with and kept repeating ' I don't understand the problem'.
DON"T waste your precious time and money buying any educational resources from this sub-standard company.
ZERO stars for this review- forced to colour a start to post it!
