Always very helpful even for small purchases. Staff are happy to spend time and problem solve with you. Able to purchase small amounts, no minimum. Highly recommended.
I went there and dealt with the little rat looking guy. I will never go back after dealing with him. I am online now actually looking for another bolt company to go to in nerang.

They do go that extra mile, and they also update their website to let you know when there open over the holiday period. So far they’re the only ones to do so. Very organised.
I'd give zero stars if i could, Called the store as we were stuck in traffic trying to get there before closing at 5pm, we called to say we might be a minute or two past 5 as that what the maps was saying, and the staff member (Darryl or Darren not sure) said "no mate we get get here at 6: 30 and want to get out of here as quick as we can" so I said you will be open till 5 though right? He came back with "try to" we ended up getting there at 4: 57 and no one in sight, the lady next door was out the from and said they all left about 5 min ago, I was so p! @$ed off, no customer service at all, all I wanted was 4 bolts but they couldn't care less, I've been there fairly often in the past but I'll now be going to a place in Siganto Dr, it's out of my way but I'd rather support people who give a s@! T about their customers.
Great service, Knowledgeable staff, most times have everything you need. Always a pleasure to go there!
