Nerang Bicentennial Community Centre reviews
15My boys have magician lessons here. Always easy to park.quite a few different activities in community centre. Large outdoor spaces!
We recently started attending Mums and bubs dance class every Tuesdays from 10 to 11 am.
It's a lovely class with cardio workouts, routine and freestyle dances.
There's a great coach and safe space for mums and bubs.
Happy user of the place! There would be great to have selective waste collection bins at the entrance at least and some playground options for the kids on the green surface close to the building.
We had nepalies teej party? Function and I love this area for party, event and programs good parking area and central area for everyone.
Dinner for two was a great experience on Sunday. Not too expensive with a huge choice and range of cuisine. Good atmosphere and helpful staff.
Charging area was away from anywhere. Would make sense if closer to public area for toilets, coffee shopping whilst car is charging.
Initial instruction were not easy to understand.
Cheap charge under $5.00 aus.
I attended an event hosted by Lotus, a pampering event for those having some medical issues! Massage, manicure, hair makeover, trike, make up etc. The place has huge potential for official or non-official events and catering!
Clean, well spaced and not excessively sized. Decent parking area too. Perfect as a community facility.
Go here regularly for my fortnightly Toastmasters meetings parking is plentiful the centre is clean strict conditions apply so on the whole very good
From Nerang station bus nr. 740 Platform E.
It stops on front Bicentennial Community Centre.
My first time here I was unsure where to park and didn't know where entrance was t to building. I didn't see all the signs as I was busy driving and trying to find a parking space.
Staff very helpful and understanding. Next time I'll know exactly where to go.
They are up to date with the whole covid thing. The place is clean open abs bright. The staff in there were helpful and polite.
It was nice, big room, good facilities. I had a lovely day there for our lotus pamper day for disabled & carers.
Sound is terrible. Couldnt see the whole stage from where we were sitting. Facilities seem pretty basic. Air cond was so freezing it was extremely uncomfortable.as where the chairs.
Went for my granddaughters concert on 13th Dec 2019. Our seats were on the side where unfortunately we missed most of the show as we couldn't see the parts performed on the right side of the stage due to the curtains. Sound was dreadful - kept cutting in and out. Air conditioning was so cold I froze despite wearing long pants and it being a heat wave. Came home with chills and a cold. Worst organised event I've ever been too which admittedly was probably mostly due to the organisers but the freezing air conditioning didn't help and nor did the extremely uncomfortable seats and bad viewing angle! All up certainly wasn't worth spending $39 to wait an extremely uncomfortable 4.5 hrs to see our granddaughter dance for 3 minutes. Won't be making that mistake again!
