Great place! Everything was neatly organised and the staff were super nice!
You can find some really cool stuff here like Yen Press titles which the store specially imports as Yen Press doesn’t ship to Australia anymore.
Come here and you’ll definitely find something you’ll love - anime, manga and DVDs.

Neo Tokyo is one of the best places I've been to, the staff are very friendly and helpful when it comes to queries and asking for recommendations. The prices are very reasonable and low, and their variety of Manga is incredible!

Bek’s customer service is outstanding, she always recommending me new manga to read and always inform about new series or figure that I’ll might like.

Normally when I go here I have an good experience but the last few times have been horrible with customer service. The employees didn't say anything just stared at me and when they are serving people they get into massive conversations. I use to recommend this place to my friends but after this I won't anymore

The atmosphere of the store is always so warm and welcoming and the staff are extremely helpful for people that are new to getting into anime and people that have been watching it for years. I have never been in a store where its been so easy to have friendly conversations whether it be with the staff or other customers.

I've been going to this store for years! They have very friendly staff and amazing products at reasonable prices. Such a welcoming atmosphere that would make you want to come in time and time again just to chat or look around. 10/10 would totally recommend.

I often make the trip up from Brisbane specifically to come here! The staff are absolutely lovely and are very helpful. The manga selection is great covering a wide variety. If you're into manga/light novels I would definitely recommend making a visit.

Amazing store for all your pop-culture needs. The workers are amazingly friendly and the products are high-quality. Definitely recommend if you're looking for some good manga, figurines, stationary and pops from your favourite anime or video game. The store also has a selection of boardgames and puzzles that would be pleasing to most customers

Neo Tokyo is hands down, the best store in Toowoomba. Figurines, manga, wall art. You name it, they have it and even if they don't, they can order it!

Its the one-stop-shop for all you weebs and weebettes. If you haven't visited, dooo itttt.

Personally I hate going into the CBD, but I always look forward to visiting Neo.

Neo-Tokyo has always been a gem of a store in Toowoomba. No matter if you're a fan of anime, DnD, comics or just wanted to find something different, you wouldn't be disappointed. They have the biggest selection of board games and the staff are always very helpful and friendly.

I love the sense of friendliness when I come into the store, being able to discuss niche and fun anime with all the employees is always so charming. Ive had great service experiences from all the employees, especially one of the ladies who is always serving with a smile!
