Neighbours Aid - Op Shop Hervey Bay

Nice big store. Anything that looks old or interesting is priced very high. Whoever does the pricing is not very knowledgeable. EG a modern Asian roughly made desk is labled ANTIQUE! Also a dishwasher safe jug is labled ANTIQUE. Did they have dishwashers over a hundred years ago? Worth a look for amusement. Counter staff are pleasant.

Hold the fridge for me until the following week when I get my pension pay they wanted half of the price as a deposit no matter how much I pleading with them they still refused I don't think that's a very good sign of been a compassionate business the manager of the shop wasn't very friendly or understanding unfortunately I intend to get the fridge if it's still there but after that I will not go to that op shop again

Agree with other lady, very dear, and same OLD EXCUSE rent has to be paid. Theirs other small businesses pay rent aswell, and most don't make as much monny as you do.

Like most of if not all these types of places, they get their supplies for nothing yet sell at rediculously high prices, yes its great to help people overseas but its even better to help locals, if you have the money you can pick up a bargain but for those struggling
