Lovely customer service. A great wide variety of dresses. Shoo was very busy the day we went. Shop was very tidy & clean

The lady running this shop is a little slice of heaven & genuinely feels like she cares for all her customers. She went above & beyond finding options & ordering a sample in for me to try on.

Ruth and her team have the most exceptional customer service. They are so genuine and caring and really go above and beyond what is expected. Ruth helped me find the most beautiful, perfect dress in my budget on a very short timeline. I would give more stars if possible. Thanks again!

I am very voluptuous and a plus size lady found a dress style I liked straight away (wedding dress) and was able to try on a few for reference purposes and order in my dress in my chosen color (ivory), saving me over $1000 -$3000 compared to other local competitors. I must go for the money conscious bride who doesn't want to settle/risk it on those cheap and nasty online fails. (YES SOME ONLINE STORES ARE GREAT BUT NOT A RISK MOST BRIDES ARE WANTING TO TAKE)

Bought my daughters formal dress from here. She has had nothing but 5 star comments about her beautiful dress! I recommend

I took my daughter in for a formal dress, it took a long time to get any service, by the time we got help we felt rushed, she had only tried on two dresses and was being told the second dress was the one, even though it clearly didn’t flatter my daughter, sitting beside another shopper who also was watching and telling us to keep trying more on as she agreed it wasn’t suited.however the lady helping kept acting like we were asking too much wanting to try on more, she at one stage asked my daughter if that was her normal build or her winter weight or did it fluctuate! To which my daughter embarrassed responded no it was how she was.
We put on another dress being encouraged not by staff but another customer, which my daughter liked, but the size that fit best was a little tight.
We again felt rushed as though we were taking up too much time so I decided to take my daughter to have time to think on it. As we told the lady we would go away and think on it she said “ I wouldn’t normally suggest this but, maybe you should take the 14 and do sit ups so the dress will fit better! ” she not once commented on the weight of any of the very thin girls in the store and she said this infront of two other customers at the counter,! To say I was upset is an understatement, I actually had to leave as I felt I was going to lose it! I was so upset for my daughter and have not be able to forget this, my daughter is beautiful and this is the first time I have taken her to get such a dress this was supposed to be a special occasion a memorable time, yet it has been for the wrong reason! I will now be driving her to Brisbane, this is so wrong and I am so saddened she had to be treated like this, YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!

After travelling so far from the country to the city to find my dream wedding dress I had already been let down by a rude and judgmental bridal shop that was extremely unwelcoming, I had started to feel like I would not find it anywhere, we stubbled across this amazing shop they were warm and welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked through the door, being a plus size girl I have always dreaded fittings, but Lara’s boutique was all I could ever hope for, they made me feel beautiful and comfortable, my deepest thanks to the lovely and incredible ladies who helped me find my dream dress and Also my bridal party’s dresses, I can not thank them enough.

Ruth is AMAZING. If you want a formal dress; see her! If you need a bridesmaid dress; see her! Ruth will go above and beyond for you! I was searching for bridesmaid dresses and needed a particular shade of red, Ruth suggested some styles that can be colour changed to the exact shade I needed to match my flowers. I don’t know why I didn’t just start my quest at Lara Boutique!

Ruth was more than helpful, not only to my daughter but to two Year 12 girls.
She went above and beyond for everyone, whilst remaining calm.

Everytime i have gone in my treatment has been rude and ignored.
A very forced smile at most. Had my eye on a dress so I went in with my much Skinner, taller friend. Again I was ignored, but she was spoken to politely and encouraged to try several dresses on.
I see this in other customers to. Unless they are tall and "skinny" the customers ideals are ignored.
Would not recommend unless you are the ladies ideal body type. ‍️

Wonderful experience! Thank you to Ruth for her many helpful dress and colour ideas for choosing bridesmaid dresses. Ruth went above and beyond taking photos, selecting best colour combinations and showing us how to tie and hang our dresses. Ruth ensured our dresses arrived on time before the big day with a rush order and was always polite, kind and welcoming whenever we were in the store. Dresses were well made and good quaility.

Lovely dresses for all occasions- like after 5, formals and bridesmaids! Has all the colours of a rainbow. Great service and good prices. Best place in Toowoomba and wouldn't go anywhere else. Support your locals.

Great formal dresses for any occasion. Prices vary from low to high but everything is good quality
