Natural Elements Early Learning Centre

My daughter has been going to Natural Elements for over 2 years, from the time we walked in there I knew it was the right fit for her. The teachers are all amazing and she loves going every day. Makes having to leave her that bit easier.

I started working at natural elements about a year ago with my youngest girl who is in the pre kinder room and she loves her teachers and has flourished so much emotionally and socially, she loves the messy play experiences set up by her teachers and loves the outdoor play area that let's her exploring water play, balancing and so much more, it's a very family oriented centre which is lovely and reassuring knowing my daughter will always be treated like their own

Beautiful staff, great communication and flexibility. My son has gone to three daycares in the area throughout his schooling career and this is definitely the best. Highly recommend.

My son gets excited every single day to come to Natural Elements. He does Yoga, cooking and music classes every week and loves the outdoor area and all of the resources available to him. The staff are constantly going above and beyond for the children whether it be with activities or just ensuring they feel safe and included. We tried 2 different services before this one and are so glad we trusted our gut and moved here. We have watched our son flourish socially and emotionally at this service. He loves the staff in his room and is always showing me new and exciting things they provide. My sons nappy is always dry, the centre always looks and smells amazing and everyone is just so lovely.

It is a fair childcare but service is not good to be honest. I want to book a tour then i send Email 3 weeks ago， no one answer so i walk in ask have they receive my Email if not i can send again， They said too busy they will have a look， two weeks.ok ， then last week we have Email book for 4th May 9: 30 have a tour， i send “ That is great! Thank you see you then. ” Today I arrived 9: 29 on time, wait until 9: 50 for the whole time I even can’t see any reception in front which I will be concerned for baby’s safety, and no security door, deliver people come same time with me, he can go though without any permission. And if I didn’t stop a busy teach ask her where is reception I will be frozen there without any explanation for longer. After they find a teacher who can show me around I be inform that reception is” away”.
I understand so much now short staff everyone busy, I trully understand, even one teacher head out say we busy now could you wait for another 20 even 30 mins, no problem at all. I know how busy when staff short. But if accidents happen at least can info me I can change another day or wait let me know someone know I am here.
So for this tour I can’t know more but at least I know this childcare need more management training. Plus it is very crowed.
So hope in future this childcare could be better.

My daughter had a lot of sweet history made by them, learnt a lot of things as well. They are responsive towards problems as well as the he cheapest in Eagleby

Natural Elements is a great centre & such a great environment for the children to play and learn. Staff are so kind and there are many resources the children love and always see smiles on their faces:)

I loved the environment since the first day I walked in. I felt really welcomed by smiley and warm educators always willing to help. All children looked super happy in their huge yard playing with the water or engaging with their teachers.
The swimming lessons for the kindy children were a plus to choose this centre!

Natural Elements Early learning in a Great environment for children to develop and learn. Staff have positive nurturing attitudes towards their work. With a recently renovated yard for everyone attending to enjoy set within a nature themed environment.

Had a covid positive parent in centre and their child, didn’t inform parents until a educator was positive. I was only told because they gossip instead of working and taking their job professionally. I have just removed my children from the centre because of this and because an educator grabbed my son by the arm and yelled sit still when he was sitting quietly eating an apple and just doing a little groove (he has adhd and was stimming) the director agreed what she did was wrong then offered no resolution.

Only recently been sending my son here but absolutely love the quality of care they provide and how well they communicate with the parents. My son comes home every time he goes and tells us all about the fun day he’s had and all the friends he’s made and played with. The safety and accessibility measures they have in place are unlike anything I’ve ever seen from a daycare and make it such an inviting place. Definitely consider this place if looking for a daycare for your child.

Natural elements Eagleby I can't praise enough, the environment, the staff are amazing.
Always greated with so much respect.
There compassion to children and the early learning structure is amazing also.
I enrolled my daughter at 12 weeks old now nine months, with how far my daughter has come it's all with many thanks to the wonderful educator's at natural elements.

If you seek a amazing day care, 100% this is the day care you want your children at.

I've been sending my children to natural elements since 2016 started with my oldest who is now 9 my son who is now 7 and my 4 year old is just about to graduate they also offer swimming lessons and a Verity of different programs to really help your child to grow and learn and develop their skills I can not thank this day care enough for helping to shape my little people into the people they have become today

Natural Elements is a great with amazing educators who will go far and beyond bonding with not only the children but parents aswell.
