I really appreciated the outstanding customer service, the range of products available and reasonable price range. I’m so glad we used National Tiles for our renovation and have been extremely impressed with how helpful they’ve been throughout this process.

Although they didn't have what I wanted, another store did and they organised that for me. Later they took back my excess purchase.

No stock and its all too hard for the staff to assist.
Go elsewhere.
They start serving other customers when they are supposed to be serving you.

Jake and his team provides just exceptional customer service, and that's if you are not a customer of them as well! I went to their store hoping to get some advice only and left with the perfect idea for my place and the pleasure of getting to know these wonderful people. Thanks very much guys!

Went to the tile shop next door then came to National Tiles for comparison and National were cheaper for the same product. Very extensive range of tiling equipment for diy or professional tilers alike. The young guy at the counter was very helpful.

I needed some serious help with a failed DIY project and was given excellent advice. All the staff were so friendly and as a beginner in all things tiling and grout I felt that my questions were answered clearly and in a way that made sense to me. The team also gave me links to educational videos which I will be checking out very soon.
I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be returning.

Was looking for large format tiles for my splashback, the National Tiles Gabba team were more than helpful; going to large lengths to get me the information and product I needed. Amazing service and well priced, modern tiles.

Very helpful and ready to share their experience, obviously they use get you in advertising and perhaps things beyond their stock lines are not as cheap as you might hope.
