My tiles arrived shattered. The delivery guy was in a hurry and rammed the pallet load of tiles with the forklift. He then left the tiles on site for me to unpack and sort through the mess. Almost 30% of the tiles were broken. No apologies were given. It was just another day of business for them. It created me a few hours of work trying to rectify the problem. No compensation either. Typical Gold Coast business!
Brad went above and beyond to help us even tho I didn’t come on the right day much appreciated and will be back for business
