Was told my delivery would come on Friday, waited at home all day and i get a call after business hours telling me they want to deliver approx 6pm
. They wasted my whole day and was about to go out as i had waited all day.now after wasting my whole day i have to wait a fortnight for another delivery day and they still cant give me a time or even a 2hr or 4hr window of when it might be delivered. When i called the store they didnt even care that id been inconvenienced and wasted my day and taking time off work to be home.to be honest its some of the worst service ive had in years.

No one cares, no one is held to account. I will never order off them again.

Just bought 4 tiles with the closest color to our existing floor tiles. ERIC is the best! Accommodated our request with no hesitation. Excellent service! Highly recommended! Thanks heaps mate! Appreciate it!

From initial enquiry to picking up my order the team were helpful, easy to deal with and so good at what they do! Well run location, knowledgeable staff and a surprise kids area which kept my little ones entertained enough for me to browse!

Don't like the ads, but the shop is quite good. Very helpful staff.
As much as the ads put me off and I never thought I would go to this shop, it is definitely worth a visit.

We recently renovated a bathroom and laundry - I had a pretty solid idea of exactly what I wanted, Ian was able to help me finalise the ideas and bring it together. I am super happy with how both projects turned out!

Nice showroom and range, a little more expensive than I thought as radio advertising always promising to b cheaper. Staff was helpful but unfortunately it holding any stock and as I needed urgently I had to go to their warehouse located near browns plains. No discounts for licensed owner builders.which is disappointing.

Never what you want in store. Have to wait a week to collect. Saw the same tiles I bought for $29.95 sq m later at Bunnings for $17.50 sq m. Not happy Jan.

Such helpful staff at Capalaba National Tiles. Alice was so great to deal with and had great advice.

The young guy was very helpful, their showroom is so clean and great light. I've found a tile I love that none of the other floor shops on that road has.

Bought some tiles a few months back and needed more for another area. Phoebe organised for all the tiles to be from the same batch and swapped our old tiles back.

Pheobe was very helpful throughout the entire process, made every effort to make sure my partner an I had a stress free and enjoyable experience with National tiles, Capalaba.
My partner is a Builder and has signed up as a trade+ member and has vowed to never go through another tile shop again.
Will be back for our next reno for sure!

Outstanding customer service in the showroom from the whole team on a very busy Saturday morning. When I decided what I wanted, Louise's prompt attention to my over the phone order and courtesy call from the warehouse for delivery was next to none.

They only had a very limted white selection and couldn't order more until May 2019. Very disappointing for a large business. Other tile place was better.

Desperately needed tiles for a shower re-build, and found exactly what I needed at National Tiles. Great service assistant and I was able to take my tiles with me straight away. Good price too

Terrible customer service, went into the showroom and asked for a quote. No problem, the estimator came out when organised and he measured every thing and promised to email a quote. However 3 weeks later I still have no quote.
