National Storage Nerang

Thank you Katrina, Penny and Chris. Moving House can be stressful. Went to the Nerang branch to get some moving boxes, The team there were so helpful and Friendly. They didn't complicate things, I was in and out like take out.

The team at National storage go out of their way to be helpful and eased the stress of moving our business. It’s the people that matter and this team actually really cares if facility at self is also fantastic and all roller doors are easily accessible. I highly recommend the team at National Storage.

Excellent service, Thank you for staying a little longer as it was close to Close Time. Appreciated. And got what I needed.

Avoid. These guys took another months payment out from my account when I moved out when my account had been paid for the current month. Essentially they stole $280 dollars off me.

We are so upset with this company we were flooded and had to find storage near my sisters place on hope island all roads m1 were flooded we were stuck. They charged us $493 for the month we said we would only need it till the highway opens which is monday but she told me NO REFUND.that much money for 5 days storage.
The customer service was great but thats just appaling for a aged pensioner to pay so much. No compassion with this company.

Definitely do not recommend, will sell ur stuff and go through ur belongings, had my belongings stolen!

My brother and his partner were one payment behind because they were travelling with no phone reception, they auctioned all of there stuff from missing one payment! They had valuables that cannot be replaced very sentimental and important belongs were sold and auctioned without their consent. This is disgusting, do not go here find another place if you need storage!

Robyn and Penny at Nerang are simply fabulous with their customer service. So helpful and very grateful at such a stressful time of moving.

In the first 3mnths.of contract.and I paid one month in advance.they were happy to point out they had try to take payment.five times.and don't ever hit a bit of rough patch. Helen at Nerang.will start getting angry with you. I assume she must be a major share holder.have now had my payment up to date for a week.but still locked out. I would recommend find any other storage.before you use National storage nerang

This place is kept clean, tidy and organised. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They even assist with the forklift if you ask kindly enough.

This particular storage facility left me very disappointed because the first I used their services in Robina the customer service was very nice to me and I had easy access to the facility. However, the lady (I believe her name is Kat) at Nerang’s National Storage was very rude and hung up on me while I had a question on how to let other people in to pick up my stuff. Because of that I won’t be using their services in the future.

I have had my storage here for years.the first 2 years was a good rate although every 9 months the price increases. I am now living abroad and am stuck with a huge rate that is always increasing, with no way of moving my things.
