Ordered boxes over the phone, the man was soo helpful and made it so easy to order! The staff in store for pickup were also super lovely!

Good storage facility and offer a good initial discount to sign up with their new customer offer. There is a catch with fees, there are significant increases that National Storage probably knows customers will absorb vs the challenge of moving out of the facility. They leverage the clause of only providing 14 days notice for the increase in pricing as well.
History of my increases with the increase based off each new rate:
Contract Entered: Jun2019
Sept 2020: +18% Increase
June 2021: +20% Increase
March 2022: +20% Increase
December 2022: +19% Increase

Now I am currently paying an increase of 100%+ on the original entry monthly fee which had a "nice discount" up front. When there is interruptions to facilities, like garage doors not operational for weeks, missing lift buttons, only one lift working there are no discounts or rebates to the monthly fees. Business operational expenses have increased for everyone, which is understandable however expect these rises to be regular as a customer.
It is a nice and clean facility however do your research. Get a quote and add 150% to cover yourself for regular price increases with minimal notice over a 3 yr period.

I looked for a few days at all the storage options and facilities available on the Gold Coast. I am so glad I chose National Storage at Bundall. Dimitri was very helpful in ascertaining which shed was best for me, and although he had a busy morning he made the time to give me a tour of the facilities and answer all my questions. The facility is brilliant with a secure system to access your allocated shed. After pinning in your personal code that unarms your shed the large roller door allows easy access and on leaving you put your pin in once again which rearms your shed as you exit the back roller door. Regardless of your shed being on the ground floor or floor 1,2 or 3 it is super easy to use a trolley (these are provided) and go via the lifts to your level. Everywhere presented very clean and tidy. The best part for me is that the whole set-up is fully undercover so rain, hail or shine you can go back and forth without any issues.

I had to store some things for a few months National storage on Bundal road was close and so easy to access. The staff were amazing it was always so clean and tidy I can strongly recommend them for all your storage needs Cheers Jenny Jones

The storage facility is great but I gave 1 star because your leasing terms suck. Its a storage container, not a rental property. If you decide to leave on the 1st or 2nd day of your paying month you should receive a refund. Having it set up as a direct debited lease agreement with 7 days notice is not only unfair but pointless and obviously designed to catch people out. Its a shame companies resort to trickery and deceit to gain further profit.

Absolutely amazing customer service, Dimitri the manager is polite, helpful and goes above and beyond for his customers. The site is A+, secure and clean. I simply cannot fault the staff or building, even the prices are reasonable
