Both Andrew and Aimee were both amazing with the help they offered my family to find a suitable rental. Moving from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast, we expected finding a rental to be difficult but they really took the stress completely out of it for us.
Cathy our property manager has also been a super star, answering all our queries and making sure that all our paperwork was completed prior to our move date to ensure a smooth move in day.

Pathetic service. Never recommend Aura property. Worst experience, misguided, agent hasn’t provided right info about the property. Property agents should be there to make it easier and smoother. Buying a house is a hectic process, we as buyer putting our savings to buy a house and putting our trust to the agent. He didn’t even bother to drop a welcome note. Had such a pleasurable experience with our first home agent however bad with Aura agent.

We have worked closely with Aura Property for a number of years now, carrying out maintenance to their rent roll. Kylie and the Property Management team are always nothing short of polite, professional, and easy to deal with. We would not hesitate to recommend their services owners and tenants alike.

I can highly recommend the National Rental Solutions team (especially Sharni). It is rare these days to find services that are efficient and friendly. Every query I had was responded to quickly, and nothing was a problem. They even had issues resolved before I realised they were an issue! 5+ stars!

Debbie was recommended to us by our builder. We were in the last stages of finishing our new rental property. We definitely were not disappointed. Deb was very proactive and our property had tenants moving in just over 2 weeks after handover. Deb was always available to contact and very easy to deal with. We would highly recommend her.

Debbie assisted us when we sacked a Mooloolaba Property Management business for appalling service. When the old tenants left, the previous property manager hadn't even advertised for a new tenant to ensure one was in place. Debbie had our property advertised and tenanted within 2 weeks. In addition to securing a new tenant, she also engaged a cleaner and subcontractor to make good stains and marks that were not addressed by the previous property manager. Debbie is highly professional, proactive and a fantastic communicator.

What a very friendly and professional team with a great knowledge of the local area, would highly recommend to landlords and tenants.

I contacted Debbie discuss my rental property in Bli Bli. She was very proactive and within days of kicking off not only had she 2 successful applicants one of which we accepted. She also did a walk through video of the property, organised all paperwork, easy to contact and kept me up to date all along. Great work
