I cannot recommended more highly Natalie Lucas Hair and Make up! I used Natalie for my graduation make up several years ago and did not bother looking anywhere else when considering hair and make up for my wedding. Natalie and Candice did the hair and make up for myself, my four bridesmaid and mother. Not only did they make us look incredibly beautiful on the outside, they made us all feel so comfortable and relaxed during the morning before my husband and I special day.

We were beyond happy with the service we received from Kim and Candice. Kim messaged me in the days prior to my wedding to discuss looks, as I had not been able to make it in for a trial due to living remotely. She ended up helping me find my lip colour that I had been searching for for weeks and where to buy it from. She honestly must be the ultimate “hype girl” when around her friends because she made us all feel so relaxed and beautiful. Her and Candice were so accomodating to all of our requests, and nothing was too much of an ask for them. Candice created some amazing hairstyles for us, which lasted well into the rainy night, as did the make up Kim applied. Thank you so much girls!

Wow! I was lucky enough to have Tahnee as my make up artists for my wedding day as well as doing my 3 bridesmaids and my mum. She truly went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. Tahnee woke up at 1AM to travel to Kingscliff for a morning ceremony and I could not thank her enough. From the moment I met Tahnee, she had such an easy-going and calm personality that immediately put me at ease. Was really the perfect start to the day. She showed a remarkable attention to detail in every step of the makeup & spray tanning process, ensuring that every aspect was perfect. I not only looked amazing but also felt incredibly relaxed throughout the entire session. Tahnee is an absolute gem, and I would highly recommend her for any makeup needs. Natalie and Aimee did my hair and make up for my wedding day and it was absolute PERFECTION! They also took wonderful care of my 3 bridesmaids, 2 mothers and 1 flower girl who looked exceptional. Natalie and Aimee were so kind, detailed and thorough in their approach both throughout my trial AND on the day. Most importantly, on my wedding day, when I saw my hair and make up I felt the most beautiful I had in my entire life. I couldn’t get over how incredible my bridesmaids looked! All of my bridesmaids were so happy with their hair and makeup, and both my mum and mother in law were also very happy with theirs! I also loved my hair and makeup - I still felt like myself, which is exactly what I wanted. Not only are the team amazing at their craft, but they are all such lovely people as well! Dana did an excellent job on my hair and makeup for my pregnancy shoot. She nailed the look I was going for and was able to make me feel really glam with lovely lashes after mine had all fallen out after years of extensions. Highly recommend her!

I was absolutely obsessed with the hair and makeup for my wedding on my bridesmaids, flower girl, mothers and myself. I used Natalie Lucas for my wedding and I now have wedding photos I can’t look at because I hate the way I look. My bridesmaids makeup was gorgeous and the brief was followed. My bridal makeup ended up more like my bridesmaids and way too dark for a bride. This shows in the photos and my blue eyes are completely lost. I’m so beyond disappointed. Even after giving a picture brief. There was no time to re-do my makeup. I also asked for full coverage which Natalie silently refused to adhere to, making my naturally dark caved under eyes show through in all photos, I felt so ugly on my one day. I had booked makeup trial but it was cancelled the night before at 7pm before my engagement shoot leaving me no time to find an alternative (I wasn’t going to pay bridal make up trial prices for someone on the team who wasn’t going to do my makeup on the wedding day) and being a Brisbane resident I couldn’t line up another trial during the week (they don’t offer weekend trials). I’m not sure what more I could’ve done to help the team understand my needs so I’m hoping they take this as a learning experience and RIP to the thousands I paid for wedding photography and makeup.

An actual makeup angel I was lucky enough to have Natalie on my day and OMG was it the best decision I’ve ever made! My girls looked absolutely beautiful! The energy and vibe that Natalie brings to a room is warm and fun, she was such a memorable part of my morning. Thank you so much to Natalie and her team!

Natalie & Jess were beyond incredible! They were attentive and knew exactly what to do to myself and my bridesmaids. We had a larger group (myself, 3 bridesmaids, a female groomsmen and my mum), but they both smashed it out. Kim did an amazing job on our makeup and Jess K did an amazing job on our hair. It was a surprise wedding and they helped us out with keeping it all hush hush. I could not recommend these girls more. Additionally Natalie, the owner, was just amazing. They’re a 20/10. Congratulations to any person fortunate enough to have these girls do their make up for their special day.
