NAPA Auto Super Store Logan City

I have been lied to about there being a part that I needed available. Twice! When I went there the first time, I was given the incorrect part. When I got home and I noticed it was incorrect, I called up and spoke to someone who said there was the right part at the store and that we got given the wrong part. So I came back to collect the right part and got told that they don’t actually have that part. I got told that “mistakes happen” by some middle-aged woman who didn’t want to be there and was given no apology whatsoever. The middle-aged fat guy was usless and didn’t offer any kind of apology or compensation for messing me around twice. Such disorganization and disregard for customer satisfaction. Will never be coming back, and will be telling everyone I know in the car community not to go here.

After having multiple issues caused by Repco's online parts selector the situation was handled poorly by staff here and at Repco customer service. Had to resolve the issue via a bank dispute. Repco customer service came across as pathetic and woeful, with no manner to retain customers.

Big store plenty there. But don't price match, so look around before buying here. Supercheap show 10l Penrith oil for $89 repco price $125. I did ask the at the counter if they would match this price but they wouldn't. So just look up price first might save a bit

The pricing and service has absolutely fallen off a cliff. Have been a long term customer, but recently got forced to order my parts online due to "shipping costs" and then when I checked the prices against other suppliers, the prices were an easy $200 more for the exact same brand and product. If that's the case, then there's no point coming to any of their shops and asking for advice and service. I'm going to buy online and get the best prices and find the info I need elsewhere.

This place is huge and their product range is second to none. They messed up a click and collect for me giving me fuel hose instead of vacuum hose but it still did the job. Prices are very competitive. Recommended.

Very friendly helpful staff, the gent in the paint shop was extremely helpful to us today when we were trying to find touch up paint for our car and caravan. He patiently explained that our pearl paint couldn't be successfully touched up in the way we thought, no question was too much for him. He then made suggestions of alternatives and was very helpful about the caravan paint even though they didn't stock it. Awesome shopping experience. Shop was well stocked, front counter staff very helpful, happy and polite. Store was well organised and clean.

This repco has never failed me. They always have parts available when I need them, it's a very tidy store. The service is also fantastic. I had a faulty alternator, and they did not hesitate to give me a refund and they placed a order for another one straight away. After reading reviews on multiple forums in regards to refunding parts, I was really sceptical, but those boys at the counter (Brock and Nick), did an amazing job. Thanks so much boys, you guys have earned a valuable customer.

Helpful and very friendly. Everything I need everytime. Don't stuff around ppl with these other shops. Everything you need is right here. Clean well organised and set out.

I needed paint for leather ASAP and today I went to repco max they usually take around 2 days and Matt the guy that did the job for me is a very professional and a respectful guy to all customers and he knows what he’s doing I would give him 10 stars not 5 thank you so much Matt

I received great service. They helped me with wheel bearing that I ordered from NSW that were not the right part, they exchanged it for the right part even though the price was much higher.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Casey went above and beyond to help my partner and I acquire a GME radio before the Xmas break. So thankful for the wonderful people in the world like her.

Massive store, plenty of staff to assist. Need more stores like this. Been going here since it used to be an Autobarn always a great spot. Click n Collect is easy too.

Needed a few parts and waited at the parts counter for about 15mins. One guy constantly just answering the phone to new customers and doesn’t even acknowledge existing customers in store and several staff at other desks doing nothing. Pretty sure customers who are in store should have a bit more priority.
