Doesn’t accept cash and told me when I got to the counter after waiting in line for some time. I’ll never use this business again in my life.

Horrible wait time. I ordered mine online before an hour and when you go to pickup your food they gonna put you on another 40 mints.

I (nearly) cried for the first time in 40 years tonight when I asked my daughter to bring home burgers and chips for five people and was dismayed when there was one bag of food for $96. Some of the meal was quite tasty but it doesn’t account for size of serve or cost. The summary is, no value for money here and it will be the last meal from Nando’s unless desperate or dying.

They gave me the wrong sauce on my meal
So it was dissapointing
It was very busy re food orders
Plus the shop filled up quickly with diners

Usually good, but really disappointing this time. We ordered two chicken Mediterranean salads with Peri-peri sweet potato chips, and drinks. We waited a bit longer than usual but our salads both came with no chicken, so we sent them back. It took about another 10 minutes to add the chicken, and then another 5 minutes after that for our chips to arrive. I noticed something was really lacking in flavour and realised there was no feta cheese. I asked the staff about it and they said they just ran out of feta when we ordered - but they never mentioned or apologised for the missing key ingredient and still charged us full price. Something else seemed different and wrong about the flavour, then I realised that the red onions and capsicums were pickled = tangy and soggy, instead of fresh and crispy. It gave a totally different flavour and texture to the salad, which I usually really enjoy but this was completely disappointing. To top it off, the dressing was excessively oily. I love Nando's but won't go to the Browns Plains restaurant again.

One of the best Nandos restaurants I've visited. Staff are attentive and welcoming. The atmosphere is clean, warm and exotic.

Customer service was disgusting and staff had no manners. No one bother to fill cutlery. Dirty dishes was left on table for soo long.feel disgusting. Never going back.

If you are reading this and considering going here. Do not. 45 minute wait time on anything, which we obliged and ordered anyway. Before ordering we are already seeing customers send back cold chips and soggy meals. (not sure how when we are waiting for it to be cooked for 40 minutes).

After 40 minutes of waiting, we get my partner's Pita meal and chips with cold chicken in the pita so not sure where it came from, and not only cold but OLD chips. Hot chips go a bit soggy as they age, these chips have been left somewhere for a lengthy period of time and re used. We complained and got chips that I think were re-heated? Had to ask them twice for the remaining parts of our order and finally my large chips came, only to find that they have put fresh chips on top, and cold, old chips underneath. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff who are handling others people's foods. The staff also visibly eye rolling at customers when anything is returned.

Do not give this store your money, it honestly needs to be closed and whoever is responsible for the service and food standards needs to find another career lane. 1 star is too generous.

Service was a bit slow but to be fair they did say chicken would take a half hour. I did enjoy the meal but feel the mixed plate for 2 was a bit expensive for what you got. I did like the atmosphere of the place. Also need to check the orders on the app as we ordered drinks and ended up having to go and ask for it.

Restaurant is very dirty.ordered taker was impatient and didn't clarify the menu items that were ordered. Food wasn't bad but small portions for the price!

Ordered a 1/2 bbq chicken for takeaway paid $13.50 then when I got home and checked it I only got 2 chicken legs it’s not even 1/2 chicken that I have ordered and it’s not the bbq sauce that I wanted. Terrible service! Never again!

Time and time again 30 minutes to these people is an hour, (this is NOT a busy periodby any means) forever out of something, not to mention the person on the register is a sad lifeless soul that lacks any people skills, I'd rather talk to a wall, and stub my toe into my couch.sadly even though it's written in black and white on their slips they get the order wrong time and time again, ice only recently started coming here because the Calamvale nandos is renovating.

Please, train and or retrain, educate your staff it looks like a very sad environment to work in. It's not thier fault. Management should work on their team GIVE THEM REASON TO WANT TO BE THERE

I feel uncomfortable in the brownsplains restaurant. I wish I didn't enjoy Nandos and be forced to use your store.

My best friend and i came in tonight and ordered food.she asked for extra avo and bacon with no olives or sauce and it came out with olives and sauce and no bacon or avo.and i ordered a paella with extra chicken and it had no extra chicken.definitely disappointing

Not a massive fan of ordering on the app, they don't want you to order in person and don't take cash at all
Otherwise can't go wrong with the food

Normally the food is great, I went to counter to place order but told by staff member to go to my table and order off table barcode, really not interested in using that as it took longer and she could of just done it right There and then.

Seriously bad service forgot my order twice refused to refund my order cause it was "on the way"

Firstly diss appointed with not having chicken available but we were okay due to national shortage but then after lady told us to order via scan code which took us long time to figure out
And staff were standing and talking on counter.brought us cold chips after long time… pathetic customer service + not proper business practice.never go browns plains branch again.

Very arrogant and rude staff moreover they don’t care that someone is waiting for his food from so long and the restaurant staff keep ignoring people waiting and doing their own stuff and chill

I went there for pick up order with my husband about a few weeks ago. And I forgot my hand bag at Brown’s plains Nando’s. And I have got $450 cash in my handbag outside pocket. And some cash inside pocket. When I realised that I have forgot my handbag or purse we immediately go back to the shop. They take my bag to the counter. And hand it to me. When I checked my purse The money was stolen from my purse from outside pocket. We report this incident to customer care and police as well. But not satisfied with the results. Even they didn’t show us the CCTV recoding and the customer care agent said they verbally chat with their crew members or staff members they said they don’t know about money.
It’s really bad thing. Because if someone can steal the money from the purse they can’t leave the purse on site they can take the purse as well but in this case my purse my airpods and cash inside the pocket everything thing is there. Only outside pocket cash is missing. To taking the cash from outside pocket is easy.
I don’t know what to say but not satisfied with results.
