Nambour Community Centre reviews
16Love my Monday mornings with mums and bubs group- the worker (danni) does such a good job and is so accommodating to everyone in the group.
Love this community centre, everyone is friendly and it has been really helpful for me when I have most needed the support.
The community centre has a big problem that problem is management, not staff or volunteers, plain and simple management in particular the boss she was wrong for her work place 5 yrs ago and is now manager, micromanage, judgemental, ignorant, rude, and abully it is no longer the community centre for locals unless your a refugee, Indian or Asian, so multicultural minus the Aussies, love all the staff and volunteers love the passion they inject into there working space, Anna needs to go
Fantastic place. Great friendly and supportive staff who go out of their way to help those of us that have for whatever reason found ourselves needing help.
Here i feel safe and cared for non judgemental. They hold many events throughout the year and have wonderful hot lunches every Thursdays.
Because its friendly and has a street family community and I like to talk to attractive workers its a bonus first thing in the morning
Great place to make new friends & tge community centre has many interesting groups to join all week
Wonderful people working together. If you're new to the place, then this is great place to start meeting new people. An excellent services they have been offering to the community.
I can't say enough about this lovely place. Staff are friendly, helpful and caring. I have attended a few of the Strong Woman sessions where we do crafts, have a cuppa and a nice chat with other locals.
The computer room has come in very handy if I need to print or scan something too.
I love the workers at the centre. They work hard to provide amazing services and create useful spaces for community members to connect.
A great place to go have a coffee and a chat with people. They have a mother's/grandparents day on Tuesday mornings, were you can do craft and help anyone who needs guidance with a child that you have been through. On Wednesdays in the morning they have a playgroup were all the children can learn to mix with other children.
I have been coming here to do yoga on a Tuesday night for years. I have seen the centre evolve into a meeting place for everyone. Loads of different activities are planned here. A vibrant hub for anyone who wants to connect with people of all ages and walks of life
This was a fun evening with friends and others. Free meal and a chat, well worth the money I spent on it.
Open minded people who are willing to help out with all sorts of advice.free lunches on some days & able to walk in & have a coffee, relax any day.opens around 8am closes around 4pm
Showers and facilities were fine for use but have to minus 1 star as I couldn't find any available toothpaste.
And I LOVE clean teeth!
