It was a good experience today. Reception and doctor were professional and treated me respectfully. My health concern was sorted.

Always a delightful experience with the team in person and over the phone; especially the admin team, they’re very welcoming and polite! Can confirm the team genuinely care:)

I missed the appointment they are applying 40$ fees, even though they sent me the reminder message an hour before my appointment. Just carrying about money.

Good experience. My appointment was on time and was given friendly and professional service by Dr Hussain and the nursing staff.

Dr Hussain wrote out a script for my son, After I left and I was at the chemist I noticed the script was for another child. How does a Dr get a patient mixed up!

Doctor was very understanding and professional.

Two weeks ago an appointment was made to get my flu shot, my transport had just arrived (i have a disability) and 45mins before said appointment I recieve a call to tell me they had run out out of shots.
Cue to another appointment a week or so later, transport again organised on this time I turn up and.no shots! Didn't even get a call.like me not being able to cancel LESS then 2hrs notice.
Mmm now where to from here?

Always polite and friendly with reception staff aswell all the doctors and nurses. Keep up the great work and awesome care factor.

I will never book an appointment with Dr shalabi again, he was rude and made me feel like a nuisance for being there, if you don't like your job get a new one.

After today, yeh.being refused help. YEH, I can't give full stars, but normally, it's got great people and service.

A bit of a wait.but Dr Tarek Chatiani was great.will be returning for any further treatments

Poor communication, customer service needs attention, out of pocket details not explained until its time to pay and it triples from what they tell you upfront. Not going to be a repeat patient any time soon.

Avoid this centre. If you need to come to this practice: Avoid Dr Julie Towett at all costs: I was the first appointment of the day and the doctor was not even in the building when I arrived (on time) for my appointment: was then 15 minutes late for the appointment time. Basic respect for another human being was completely lacking: she was extremely rude, abusive and unhelpful as soon as I sat down. Brought to tears by the end of the appointment and none of the staff asked if I was ok just asked for payment and see you later. If you’re waiting for results to come through: forget it. After chasing up repeatedly and being forced to sign up for my health record it’s been weeks and still no call re the results. Absolutely despicable treatment. A word of caution for the practice manager: Given the state of Medicare and privatisation for pretty much all practices in the area: people WILL start moving to a gp where they are treated like a human being: the cost of privatisation is going to be inevitable competition: people will not stand for having to pay a private fee to see a gp who does not give even the most basic customer service. I certainly won’t be back and good luck with keeping consumers in the area. I’m not an old biddy either: I’m a young person who is appalled that I would have to voice up about this: nobody should come to a gp to get abused.

Dr M Hussain is amazing! He is thorough, efficient and takes all my dad’s concerns seriously. He is great! He makes us feel very comfortable.

The doctors are great here. We visited a couple of doctors for our family and both of the doctors listened to us. The receptionists and nurses are fantastic as well. No drama in getting an appointment. Great medical practice!

Dr Julie Towett is a very caring Doctor. I find her to be very thorough in diagnosing symptoms as well.
She personally phoned me to give me some helpful options in helping to assess my daughter's mental health condition. I found her advice very beneficial for our situation. Thanks you!

Just Had my flu vax here today, nurse Ange is hilarious and I barely felt a thing. Dr Hussain was great with giving me the info I need and explaining everything in a way I could understand.
Definitely coming back here again, such a nice atmosphere in the waiting room.

Saw the female doctor (Towett) for my child, wasn't impressed at all. Rude mannerisms (even said "we dont see patients with covid symptoms I should kick you out"). Well the clinic should put that on their website then. Then said "where's her mask" she may want to read the actual health directives by the. QLD govt.as my kid is 8 and under 12 are not required to wear one in these settings. Do not recommend this Doctor.

I dont fault whole clinic as Saw another Doctor there (Hussain) for My toddler last week and couldn't fault him. Lovely lovely Doctor (and he had same symptoms as my other child too). Patient and caring!)
