Go here if you want to be lied to, gaslit and ignored by both doctors and the practice manager. Also be prepared to be told you have a referral for over a year and then have that rug pulled out from under you when you discover that never happened and you will never get that referral. This practice does not have your best interests in mind.

Absolutely love Dr Ken. Have been seeing him for years. He is 5 stars.
However the receptionist at the front…. I dread ringing because it is such a miserable experience. Everything seems a task to them and they cut you off. I only go here because I love my dr. I would have left the clinic a long time ago if it was not for Dr Ken because the new receptionists.

Couldn’t be happier with the doctors, nurses and reception staff at this practice. They are all courteous, kind and I’ve never felt anything but welcomed here. It’s a busy medical practice but you usually can get an appointment within a day or two with a doctor, might not be your regular one but hey if you need to see a doctor then that shouldn’t matter as they are all lovely anyway.

The female reception staff at Myhealth Logan Village need to have senior management look at their customer service skills. They are rude and disinterested in the patients issue. Twice now in the last few months I have needed to call for issues out of my control only to be met with buck passing and it's not my problem sort of manner. I'm sure the doctor involved would love to know their staff are letting patients know that they have stuffed up.
Doesn't anyone have any compassion anymore? Working in this type of customer service role you would think the reception staff would need that skill above any other. I know they would have to deal with difficult people from time to time but my experience both times was being cut off mid sentence like they couldn't be bothered listening and the tone of their voice.you can almost see the eye rolling! Just shocking phone manners. I'll be looking elsewhere for my medical needs.

Rude. Don’t listen to the clients or take them seriously when you’ve been told from Logan hospital specialist to book an appointment with your GP for the help you need just for them to judge you and tell you that’s not the case.
The front desk staff is hit and miss and treat you like a doormat

Went to see Dr Ken, at 12: 20pm had my appointment booked; but the reception staff was extremely rude and was arguing with me saying i don't know have a appointment.

When i showed her my appointment confirmation she rolled her eyes at me and told me doctor Ken will arrive at 1pm and said,

to rebook another appointment online
First of all its Myhealth responsibility to let the patient know that the doctor will be coming late and reschedule the appointment for the patient.

Honestly my health logan village teach your reception staff some basic manners on how to talk to patients i have been going to myhealth logan village for 5 years and this is the first time i have ever been treated like this.

Racist reception staff and very none friendly environment

The old reception staff was the best best

All the new reception staff is extremely rude and racist.

Worst environment ever.

Best Doctor's around. I have been going there since they opened many years ago. Dr Ken is the BEST.

As always, Dr Mel is always efficient and lovely.
She is always thorough and thinks outside the box at the same time. I always have a great experience and trust Dr Mel.

Always had good appointments at this clinic. I have a regular Doctor that I prefer but have had no problems getting an appointment with another doctor when he is unavailable. Always willing to follow through with any health problems.

I was charged $59.75 for a 55 second phone consult to get my scripts refilled. What a joke. And when I was called to put the payment through I wasn’t told the amount I was being charged and the lady on the phone just put the payment through. I thought Australia had free healthcare?

If I could give a lower star rating I would. It is SO evident that they don't actually care about people in any way. I tried to make an emergency appointment, however they refused to accept me because the doctor wanted to leave 30 minutes early. What is the point of having a doctor's surgery open, if the doctor doesn't even work their working hours? ! So disgusted with them!

Rude arrogant doctors, took my young daughter to see female doctor and walked away disgusted. However have seen some really good doctors. So it is hit and miss with what doctors they have on.
