Myer Maroochydore

Always a great experience - hassle free returns, greeted with a friendly smile at the hub centre no matter how busy they are.
I’ve been to a few different areas in Myer this past fortnight - every time I’ve been served by someone different and I’ve enjoyed great customer service each time. Thanks for making the hectic holiday season shopping more enjoyable.

Awesome range of clothes. Friendly super helpful staff. The way old fashioned Myers should be.

Despite being unwell my trip to Myers at mooychodore was productive. I was able to buy dior products which they have removed from the Toowoomba store about a year ago.

I’ve shopped at Myer Maroochydore since the day it opened, and my experiences there have always been good. Until a staff member from the shoe section started harassing and behaving badly towards me. Nothing was ever done about this. I won’t buy anything from Myer again. And only go in there to have coffee at L’Espresso cafe on top floor. Where the service and staff are exceptional.

Good variety of products but values ​​that are too high to be mass-produced and not very exclusive items.

Myers is what you expect it to be.excellent. Stores are well stocked and I even found original Adidas clothes.

Very good range of homeware products, hard to beat when on sale for price.

Too expensive for me.
I was followed by security and asked to leave on 4 separate occasions because I looked suspicious. I am an honest person and my tattoos are a story n my head is shaved in summer because my head over heats n causes seizures, I wear gloves on my hands becausethey are riddledwith Arthritis.
You can't take things from one section into another, so Don't get perfume and then walk over to look at clothes, they told me I was trying to shop lift and escorted me out. And waited for security to come.luckily he knew me. I will never go into a Myer store again.
I don't have problems in any other store.

I have being a myer sunshine plaza customer since it has opened. The customer service and management have certainly gone down to a very low level. Dealing with the children's shoe department has been an absolute disgrace I would strongly recommend going anywhere else. I purchased a pair of $70 children's shoes. Which were worn in door twice and the side broke. I have tried numerous times to return.the shoes or get another pair or get a refund. I waited 18 minutes to speak to a manger who never turned up. The red head that fited them to my child, blamed my child. And demanded that my child come back in. The red head has sold a faulty pair of shoes and is not willing to do anything to resolve the situation. If myer want to have other brands in its store they need to be able to resolve the situation if those store holders are not willing to I am very disappointed in my experience and I won't be spending any more money in Myers. As a side note I would like to say thank you very much to the blonde lady in visual merchandising who was setting up the Christmas store she was the only person who was trying to help

I've always had positive experiences at Myer. A good place to get anything and everything you need, and the sales are amazing when they come around.

I was looking for a outfit to wear for a special occasion. I, m a mature lady and found the very young sales staff no help in what would work for me. I finally found something on my own. Myers you should think about having stylists on floor to help people.

My son loves there toy section and they always seem to have plenty off Sale items on display a throughout the store prefect for stocking fillers

Great selection and changing rooms. Not a great deal of help on the floor (none in fact) but sure we could have found it had we'd asked. Also rather better prices than loads of sales people

Terrific setup and the staff are friendly. Excellent for shopping or as a thoroughfare to different sides of the plaza

Excellent service, didn't have top in my size, assistant said she could get it with free delivery, didn't know they did that, full marks to the young lady assistant

Great bargains in menswear today got served by a lovely gentleman.babywear department needed another assistant.

It's unfortunate but the days of the department store are numbered. High rent means high prices.
