The Christmas section has super helpful and friendly service from the staff, super impressed, one of the workers went out the back and found me more of the decorations I was looking at for me to choose which one I wanted, I didn't get his name but thankyou again!

Lisa here. Met Rosaline in Makeup department today. She sold me 2 Elizabeth Arden products and was extremely professional, but also a lovely lady. Very friendly and helpful. She’s a keeper myer.

Nice enough place to shop, very tidy. Bought men's shoes, they are good. Last good dress shoes I bought here lasted only about 12 months. Took a while to get served.

Currently under renovations.may not be all floors but not like they had signs to tell you otherwise.

I just love Myers at Toowoomba the staff are absolutely amazing and so welcoming they can’t do enough to help.

I did a click & collect purchase which was easy to do & great service.
But when I went to collect my item at the Click & Collect Hub the guy that served me was rude, did not talk just pointed to my phone.
NO COMMUNICATION. My Husband & I were not impressed with his attitude.

Myself and my partner always have a lovely experience coming into Myer at Grand Central. Staff always give you space to browse and are always friendly and genuine to deal with when making your purchase.

Throughout the store I found groups of 2& 3 shop assistants buried behind clothes racks gossiping.
When I approached one pair the assistant was hurried and dismissive returning to gossip.
This has been an ongoing problem in Myers. One lass at the clothing section near the dress jewellery & handbags approached me & was most helpful.
Its because of this lass that I gave 3 stars instead of 1.

It's myer, just expensive enough to chase away poor people but be affordable enough to fill your home.

I went to grand central one day for a innocent day shopping, i end up walking into myer for a look at some clothes and accessories and boom i found not one but two amazing shirts, one with cacti on them and one with mushrooms on it. Now im a plant addict

Went to buy shoes for my daughter the old lady with big glasses treated us terrible she was so rude we walked out and won't be going back

Always nice looking around. Since covid seems to be less staff. Was disappointed with their Christmas display this year (2021 - the tree mainly). Not up to their usual standard.

They have good quality merchandise, however, some additional staff would not go astray. Those staff who are there are friendly and very helpful.

Great meal, but we waited an hour. That is manageable, however, it would have been appreciated to have been given the heads up at the beginning. When the kitchen is really busy, I think it's just good manners to tell your patrons.

Great, cashier was rly nice and even circled the important information on my receipt for me

They didn't have what I wanted, however I was able to get it from Myer online, delivered to the door.

Excellent customer service, and thankyou Nathan for all your help in the purfume area, had a wonderful experience at Myers, fully recommended to all.:)

One of the most amazing Myers I have been in very spacious and well organised well. The customer service is brilliant.highly recommended going shopping there
