Not pleased with a recent Click and Collect purchase I made with MYER Chermside. I ordered a Natio product and when I opened it at home I discovered that there was no protective seal on the top of the bottle and as a result it had leaked into the cap. It also looked like it had been used a number of times. I presume half of the bottle had already been used. It's hard to believe how carelessly they handle these orders.

Pretty disappointed with my experience today. Went to buy a couple of new dinner sets and not one staff member available to help with questions. After Googling and making a decision I had to ask a couple of teenage boys to help me carry the boxes to the counter. No packaging or help from staff once I’d purchased. Had to purchase a 50 cent bag which immediately ripped. Was told to go downstairs and grab a trolley from Coles. Got home to open them and piece missing from the box. Rang Myer concierge and told to bring it back. Another 45 min trip each way. Super poor customer service. Won’t be shopping at Myer in future.

Myer at Chermside is a great place to visit, amazing range of shops with many big name brands present. Plenty of time limited free parking, (2 hrs). Will definately be back. Donut King has a presence too, and a plug for seniors, when ordering your coffee, dont forget your free Donuts!

Rather disappointed with Myer, it was assured that my items were in stock, however only half my order is ready to pick up. I expected far more from this store and sadly this is not the first time I had to cancel a order over 2 days to prepare for a pickup, went into the store and got the products I wanted within half an hour. The online ordering seems to be failing, or stores are not updating their stock.

Came in to the perfume section to smell some fragrances after work on thursday (21st), there were two ladies, one of them persian, and a male working in the area. No greeting, nothing. I saw that one of the perfumes needed to be unlocked, so I said hey to the non-persian female sales assistant to get her attention and she IGNORES me completely and continues to speak to the man beside her? So I have to talk over them to ask if they can unlock it for me and she begrudgingly does so, not saying a word to me the whole time let alone smile. I awkardly try it on with her breathing down my neck. Then when I continue to browse with my friend she just stands right near us in case we steal, after we just spent hundreds AND were carrying a myer bag? Worst experience ever, I've never been treated like this in a store in my life and not me nor anyone I am acquainted with will be coming back whatsoever as long as she works there.

Doing renovations but have removed certain brands they have always stocked so dissapointing

2hrs of free parking is not enough when there is oodles of parking on site. I had a number of things to do and get and quite frankly ran out of time. I left the centre and will go out again as soon as I can to complete the tasks. I live in the Western suburbs so this is a loss for Chermside. I resent paying parking fees when I am spending or potentially spending in the Centre.

One stop shopping mall, all and every type of shops, eateries, clothing, homeware etc etc, must stay too long and spend far too much money, always paying car parking fees, pain in the butt, given the amount us spent their

The older brown haired lady at level 2 click and collect is amazing with fantastic customer service. It was the only department I got any service in. I wanted to buy other things but there was no staff available to get me the other things so I got my clock and collect and left

I was at the Aesop dept today and this lady was amazing who served me was an absolute angel. It was her first day at the dept but she was really lovely, patient and thorough in explaining the products to me and went out of the way to ensure I got the best stuffs for my skin needs. A very warm and welcoming ambience. Thankyou!:)

Very good Myer store. Dropped into Chermside to go to Nespresso. Had to drop off recyclable pods. Dropped into Myers for a quick squizz and found fantastic deals for men's clothing. Ended up buying a tshirt for $20! Good brand also. Levi. I always like this store. Spoke to staff about sizing and they were very good at getting me sorted. Recommend.

I was in the electrical department this morning checking a price on Hisense TV. Had been to Harvey Normans and noticed Myer price matched on the TV. I went to the counter and an assistant asked if she could help, I put my mobile on the counter to look for the Harvey Norman price and this assistant demanded me put my mask up (I had it slightly beneath my nose). I rolled my eyes at the way she spoke to me. She then said in a not so nice manner “Never mind rolling your eyes, it’s here”. She assumed I was a Covid denier
which I am not. Obviously Myer missed out on the sale.
I have been a Myer member for 30 years and never been spoken to with such disrespect.

Used to be My fav place in the world to shop sadlly the service is turning bad I took my twins shopping with me they r in a trolley and a bit roudy I needed some foundation one lady didn't know a thing about make she ended up telling me I know there's a MAC store upstairs U would have more luck there even though there was plenty of foundation right in front of us then another lady came over and I said sorry about the kids being loud she said maybe come back when U don't have the kids I felt so rushed and unwelcomed that I ended up with the worst shade of foundation a complete waste of money I really think the staff are letting the store down

Disappointed we went to look at ovens and were told the one we wanted was 40% off had a coffee to decide. Went to purchase it and was told no discount.

One full hour to find parking and then were out of stock of the brands of clothing I shop there for

I went to buy some perfume, the staff were brilliant, wrapped my perfume beautifully, very happy

Very friendly customer service in the bedding area, the Sealy rep is full of knowledge about the product and is not pushy like a lot of sales people.

A large variety of retail stores, entertainment venues and eating/dining choices. A great place to get all your shopping done in the one place, or meet friends for dinner, drinks and a movie.

If you have extra money to spend go there, same toys in big w are 20 extra in Myers.
Think about the rest of the stock.
They are the real cause for climate change.
These rich people work hard all their life and spend all the money on these unnecessary items and when they die all these items go to the sea. Thats why sea water level is rising not from the melting ice or global warming but all the rubish is the sea
