I've been training with Tim twice a week for about 8 weeks now. I'm in my mid fifties and while I've always been a runner, I was really noticing that my upper body and general strength and range of movement was really slipping. Tim has me doing all these innovative exercises that I'd never think to do and has found some areas of weakness that I was completely unaware of. He mixes it up and keeps it interesting every session and is very likeable. I was initially worried that I'd get smashed and be crippled with soreness for a week but while every session has been challenging, Tim has done a great job of ramping it up incrementally without injury.
I'm already feeling much stronger and moving around much more freely at work. I'd highly recommend Tim to anyone of any ability level.
I really cannot recommend Tim as a trainer enough. I’ve been going to Tim for more than six months now and he’s actually made me enjoy and look forward to exercise for the first time in my life. Tim is a great conversationalist and has a very good sense of humour so the time always goes quickly. Tim is good at pushing and challenging you but not to the point of making you hate it. I’ve seen a big improvement in my overall fitness. My partner and mother now both go to Tim too!
I did 5 weeks of PT with Tim while I was on holiday in Burleigh and I absolutely loved it! They were short, intense (but very manageable) sessions that I really looked forward to. Tim paid a lot of attention to proper form and was always on top of making sure I was avoiding any potential injury. He tailored workouts for the week around my goals, and the workouts were always varied with a great range of equipment. The heart rate was up while pushing me with good weights, all with the focus on functional movement. I definitely noticed improvement after such a short time. I'm really looking forward to training with him again the next time I'm in Burleigh! Cheers Tim
I’ve loved training with Tim over the last 6 months, he is always enthusiastic and prepares awesome circuits for us, and isn’t afraid to switch it up if we want to do something different one week!
I've been training with Tim for the past 4 months. Very friendly and welcoming atomosphere. He caters to everyone's individual needs but still pushes you to work harder. Great results too.

I’ve been training with Tim for over a year - the longest fitness commitment I’ve ever had in my life. Tim takes the time to understand your fitness goals and pushes you to progress. Training with Tim is always a good laugh and a fun session.
My beagle, Ellie, also enjoys coming with me for sessions. She refuses to participate in the one legged burpees but thoroughly enjoys pats from Tim. Dogs are a good judge of character - so book in your PT session with Tim now!
I’ve been training with Tim now for over a year now and for someone who normally doesn’t enjoy exercise I genuinely look forward to our sessions each week! My favourite part about Tims approach is that he doesn’t scream at me or make me want to puke after pushing so hard (not my style). He’s really taken the time to understand what I want out of training. I’m getting stronger all the time and have the option to switch between HIIT, resistance training or boxing. Tim’s been so great I’ve now got my partner and work colleagues training with him. 5 stars Timmy
I stumbled across My Train Station and Tim (the trainer) by chance and it was the best thing i did. Tim has a great range of equipment and knowledge to match. Since mid early Jan I have lost nearly 5kg and that is all thanks to Tim. Tim is understanding and empathetic towards old or existing injuries and always manages to work around them. We have done a range of workouts including boxing, HIIT, Weights both low weight high rep and vise versa, TRX and plyometrics work. I would highly recommend anyone to My Train Station. Just bring a towel and water and Tim will bring a tough session and motivation to suit. Brilliant little location.

I train with my partner and we have very varied fitness levels, and yet Tim still manages to make the same session cater to both our needs, skills and capabilities. The gym is incredibly well equipped and every session is flexible to our schedule. Tim is a fantastic motivator who pushes you to achieve your best results, and he is incredibly receptive to your fitness goals, tailoring each session to help you achieve them. We went from dreading the gym and avoiding it at all costs, to be genuinely excited to work out, all with Tim's help.

Tim is an awesome trainer, always making sure to incorporate a variety of equipment with differing intensities into each session. This tailoring makes every session difficult but also incredibly rewarding. Couldn't recommend him enough!
I thoroughly enjoy working out with Tim. Not only do you get something different every week but he makes the workouts light hearted & fun. He is aware of all my weaknesses & injuries & always makes sure that I'm not hurting myself while training. I even used to do sessions with my teenage Son & felt comfortable knowing he was training in a safe environment. Would recommend Tim 100% to anyone who doesn't like gyms & wants a more personal workout session.
