Just visited My Family Dental Bowen. What a wonderful experience. DR T was amazing and very gentle in fixing my front tooth, My smile has never looked better thankyou and ably assisted by the wonderful caring Jess. I'm from the Gold Coast but travel frequently to Bowen. I will make them my dentist of choice now.

Great customer service. Jess is the best, she has great phone etiquette and always does her best to fit me in or help find a solution, she genuinely cares about the customer and nothing is a hassle.
It makes things a lot more comfortable when it comes to sitting in the dentists chair.
Both dentist here are great and efficient. Plus they’re reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend My Family Dental, Bowen.

Great dental surgery I have anxiety over the dentist for many years and they have made me feel relaxed and comfortable and I will recommend them to anyone. A special thanks to Jess for helping me with my anxiety and stress while I was there thank again.

Sat in the dentist chair for the first time in many years. Dr Tsering was awesome. Caring, informative and very gentle. This experience has made me book for additional treatment that I never thought I would have. I am now looking forward to my new smile and I’m excited to see my own progress.

Paid $350 for a filling that fell out 10 days later. Worst dental experience I have ever had. The dentist layed his instruments on my chest and dropped one on my chest at one time. Suction only used once. Very uncomfortable experience. I phoned to let them know I was unhappy but my call was not returned. Please choose other dentists in this town.

We were travelling through and staying in Bowen when my crown broke of while eating, after some ringing around I was lucky enough to be seen by the lovely Dr Omana and her assistant Jess. Nothing was too much trouble at all and the service I received was outstanding, and thankyou to Beck the receptionist for fitting me in. They were all so lovely and caring and I would highly recommend this dental practice. Thankyou so much girls.

In Bowen for holidays and in broke a tooth Christmas Eve morning and i rang up and they put me in after hours.i was very impressed with them for doing that for me. Dentist was lovely Omana and the assistant was jess who was also nice. Thank you guys i really appreciated you doing that for me.

Thank you to Dr Nav for fixing my sensitive teeth and then Dr Omana for doing the other work that was needed. Will definitely come back for my 6 months so I don’t run into trouble again and get things sorted. Thanks to Dr Daniel for doing my in chair whitening as well I am so happy with my result my teeth are so white! And Bri is just amazing at the reception. Thank you everyone for the help

Wow. Amazing practice. I haven’t been there in a couple of years and it is so lovely and comforting inside, a lot of renos been done. Staff were so lovely, prices were good. I was very happy with Dr Omana for fixing my problem and Jessie I think her name was so good and even recommend a few things to do better for my oral health. Thank you for being good to me especially when I have a fear of going and being at the dentist.

When I arrived in Bowen on my travels, my permanent bonded wire on the back of my bottom teeth came loose and started digging into my tongue. It was after hours, so I sent a message through their website. I received a called before 8am the next day to let me know I could come in at 3.30. I was early to the appointment but I was taken straight through and the fix was complete at 3.20. Great friendly staff and impressive service! Thanks so much for relieving my problem so quickly. It's hard when you're on the road to find service like this

I was travelling through today and rang up the dentist to see if I could get in. No one answered the phone so I went in and seen them. Well they were so busy and explained that’s why the phone wasn’t answered anyway Dr Omana seen me and fixed my problem. I broke my tooth on a nut and split it in half. Was fixed and pain free. Thank you Dr Omana and dental nurse Bri for helping me today, 5 stars

Highly recommend this dentist. I have a phobia of dentists and Barry and Ella were wonderful, they put me at ease and the procedure was completed pain free.

I’m doing the “Grey Nomad” so I’m thousands of km from home. Being pre-fluoride my teeth aren’t great and an old filling collapsed, causing nerve pain. MyFamilyDentalBowen fitted me in and Barry did the least-intrusive, lowest-stress restoration that I’ve experienced in many decades of (reluctant) dental visits.
