My Doctors Clinic Surfers Paradise reviews
74I had the best experience for my management with Dr Latif. He helped me with my problem. And has always listened and cared for me. Best Gp
I came to clinic with my 4 year old child. She had small but deep cut under chin that was done in white water park. Nurses that cleaned wound advised to go.to walk 8n clinic to apply some glue to avoid infection and it has to be done today. We went to clinic 15 min before closing. There were 3 ppl there and indian looking doctor came out with big smile and said he finished and asked patients to leave clinic. I ask dr if he could quickly glue my child he refused because he FINISHED. Doesnt know anything about duty of care neither Hippocrates oath. Maybe we should go to ED and stand in line for 3 plus hours and clogg already clogged system. Disguisting behaviour. And Drs suppose to give example how to be good humans. Well not in this clinic.
Dr Latif Ayyaril has been looking after my wife and i plus my ninety nine year old mother and he is an excellent doctor and a very caring nice person.
Dr Jamaldini takes good care of me when problems arise. He takes his time to listen & I find him very professionally.
Thank you sir - Phillip
I had an excelent service in this great Clinic specialy I'm greatful with Dr Altaf Latif cause he help me to understand my situation and he has been kind to understand my situation. Thank you
I feel very fortunate to have met Dr. Latif, who is such a caring, professional and wise doctor. He has helped and supported me during my healing process, and for this I am very grateful
Admittedly the wait times at the clinic can sometimes run past the scheduled booking times (the doctors have a relatively short time allocated for each visit and usually to make a proper diagnosis the consultations can run over time) but I feel it is worth the wait, because once I am seen by the doctor I don't feel rushed and I am content that my needs are met professionally.
The doctor I saw was very unprofessional - he was dismissive of my medical issues and had no real intention of helping me. I booked a long appoint to explain my medication history / get a treatment plan started (they are usually 30 minutes in length) however all he wanted to do was get me out the door ASAP. The history he took was extremely basic and within 5 minutes he was trying to show me the door. While I understand that most issues can’t be solved in a single appointment, patients are owed a duty of care by their doctors and in my case - that extremely low standard wasn’t met. The simple fact is that they were running an hour behind and were desperately trying to make up time. Cutting long appointments to 10
Minutes is in no way a “safe practise”’and instead puts us at greater risk - especially those of us who have long running health issues and require extra care. Due to this I will not be returning to this clinic and will instead seek help at a doctors clinic that takes patient’s welfare seriously
I have to say one of the worst clinic in surfers paradise. I got the early and was told at the desk that there only 4 appointment in fount of me. Then when it was my turn. Someone else got called up. Went to the fount desk and asked why and got told must me a long appointment and he must of forgotten about you. I'm sitting here now. Only two doctors on. The waiting room is packed. This place need at major shack up. The staff need to learn customer service. The doctor need to learn how to manage there appointments. And they need to keep to the time you where given. Not make it up as it goes. So if you have children or really sick. Stay way because you will be sitting here for over an hour wait to be seen. Horrible! Completely Horrible.
So a quick update. I'm still sitting here wondering if I should just cancel as the doctor that I booked in for has just grabbed another person that come in 45mins after me. I have a 11.50 am appointment and it's not 12.44am. I mean really this is a bloodly joke! I should be in and out and sit in the hole waiting for a doctor to do his job.
This has to be a dressed in a massive way
The management should be more selective of the staff they choose to represent this clinic. Walking in there and not even getting a hello and feeling like a burden is sad, from the reception to the laboratory blonde lady in there that was so rude. Some people are actually sick and they already having a hard time, ruining their day even more. We are paying costumers and we deserve to be respected and treated adlist nicely enough with a smile
I have been coming to this clinic for 10 years. Always have been looked after very well. Dr Tariq Jamaldini is very professional and a great doctor.
Reception: “um hello? I can’t hear a thing, do you know how to use a phone? ” -
patient: ” I apologise, must be bad reception, I need to cancel my 3pm appointment. ”
Reception: “great” *hangs up*
It’s disgusting how many times I have had to deal with these incompetent, rude reception staff. Enough is enough.
Dr Tariq is a thorough, thoughtful and caring doctor. But I refuse to be greeted with people who clearly either hate their job or are just horrible people.
If management reads this, whoever was working the phones between 2: 00pm - 2: 30pm 26/12/22 should be taught that it might be helpful to ask who’s calling before being told that it’s “great” you’ve canceled your appointment. Could save someone’s life someday.
Nothing but respect for Dr Tariq. But enough is enough.
We are visitors and these guys saw my son with an infected cut within 15 minutes. I anticipated having to wait for hours and they were so helpful.
Shout out to dr Tariqul Islam, he was very patient with me and very warm. I was in deep pain and concern and dr was pretty chill.
Dr Latif is a wonderful doctor. He literally saved my life going above and beyond expectations. He listens to me and answered all my questions and is friendly yet professional. Nurse Jodie is also amazing, gentle and caring. Thank you both.
Dr Islam is a godsend. He’s a very patient person who genuinely cares about his patients. He always takes the time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand. He’s diligent in making sure my health is the best it can be. I would recommend Dr. Islam to anyone seeking a kind, compassionate, and brilliant doctor! No doubt best Dr on Gold Coast.
Dr Latif is the best doctor I have been to. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns, is extremely knowledgeable and always professional. We can get positive vibes from him, which makes us comfortable as well. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients because he always answers questions and explains what is happening, so you leave feeling safe and comfortable with the treatment plan. I will recommend him and he is the best doctor ever.
Last time I was here I waited nearly 2 hours, not long before I came here and waited 1h30 minutes and today I have been waiting for 40 minutes and that is still going, EVERY TIME I come here I make a booking that is never respected, why book a time if no one is able to respect the time? Its 8am and there is already almost a hour delay, this place opened at 7am….
Whenever you build up some trust with any GP there and at the next he/she’s gonna me you’ll struck with the bunch of those who recommend Panadol for everything or scared hell out of you and I give 1 star to the reception which is now improved a lot.
Dr Latif has been my angel, he has been the only one who takes my health seriously and has helped me to go through all the processes that I need to get better. After all the time i've spent with him as my doctor, I couldn't go to anyone else. Thank you Dr Latif for being an exceptional and professional doctor.
Such a shame that the receptionist Michelle was so incredibly rude I shall never ever be spoken to so poorly when I had questions regarding respiratory challenges poor management we all have bad days but never should be spoken to like I was especially when you feel horrendous but still use manners?
