[Edit & Reply to your comment]: I DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO THE COMPUTER. AND that statement “Chun is happy when he picked up the machine” is just what you claim, how can you represent what a customer think before the problem was really solved? First, Jannsen said the computer issue will 100% be fixed when replaced with new set of memory in QVL List. However, After buying new set of memory (said by Jannsen), the issue still presents, then we go back to the store and then Jannsen just repeatly saying what he have done in the dodgy plan and not allow us to test in front of Jannsen with the approved memory (changing memory is what he said will fix the issue) as well as the attitude was really bad saying me cutting him off. I wish we have the record on what Jannsen said so we can let everyone know how unprofessional he is.
Also there was only 1 issue with the computer which is motherboard failed to work properly. If I was working in here I could diagnose the issue with the tools in 10 minutes without wasting the customer time!

I gave 2 star based on twice very extreme experiences with this shop.
First time was serviced by Sam which is EXCELLENT back in Milton (Yes, they relocated). He solved my motherboard bios issues as well as testing all my ports and hardware to make sure everything works without asking me paying for extra. He only charged me $79 diagnose fee. The service was professional. He even actively sent me an email to check after a month of my repair.
However, second time was the experience going with a friend serviced by Jannsen. This guy is very unprofessional from my 14-year DIY computer experience and 3-year as hardware engineer POV. First he charged my friend $99 diagnose fee. And then $300 (+$10 for comsumable) technically doing nothing except re-assemble the computer and do Windows update which you can do it yourself at home with internet.
This is my personal advice, if you’re serviced by Sam (I don’t know if he is still working here), go ahead. He can give you professional advices without asking you to pay more or selling you unrelated products. HOWEVER, if you’re serviced by Jannsen, if you haven’t paid, just leave the shop. Even the guy working at where you bought your hardware is more professional than this guy. If you paid, learn from the lesson that some people in this industry just have no idea what they are doing, all they care is money.
Make it short at front: NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
I assembled the new computer hardware myself in black friday but encountered issues with it. I brought it to umart and they referred me to Nerd2Go as they need around 2wks time to diagnose the computer. At that moment I was eager to have my new computer ready.
On Monday at 9 am, I sent the computer to Nerd2Go, and was serviced by Jannsen. I explained the situation then drop off my computer for servicing. Received a phone call in the afternoon and agreed to a full Tier 2 service and testing. I collected the computer on Tuesday at 5 pm, and it appeared to work fine in the store. I was happy to go home but unfortunately, I still experienced the problem and became dissatisfied afterward.
When I pick up the computer, I inquired about the warranty and Jannsen said there will be 30 days for the issue checks. Consequently, I returned it back to the store on Wednesday 9am. Jannsen explained that my RAM is not in QVL list and cause the problem. Despite my attempts to show him the issue and provide a video taken at home as proof of the computer's malfunction, he refused to acknowledge them. According to Jannsen, replacing the RAM would resolve the problem. I ordered the recommended RAM set from Asus's QVL list and installed it that night. Unfortunately, the problem persisted.
On Thursday afternoon, I visited Nerd2GO with my friend. Jannsen outright refused to check my system and insisted I pay another diagnosis fee for an additional check. I couldn't comprehend why he demanded another service fee, especially since the initial service fee failed to resolve my problem. During examination of the RAM, he failed to visit the correct website and incorrectly claimed my RAM wasn't on the QVL list (I have brought the correct set RAM as recommended methodology). He then attempted to find any excuse to deny warranty coverage, asserting that issues arising after software installation were not covered. Furthermore, he declined to retest the system with the correct QVL list, even stating that, despite Kingston not being listed, it had passed Tier 2 service testing and ran tests for 8 hours.
In summary, Nerd2Go failed to resolve the problem despite my payment. I strongly advise against using their computer services.
Very good service. I got my power supply unit replaced and they were quick, informative and performed a more general clean up too.
Quick turnaround. Ended up with a new computer as old one was too dated. Gave me all the options. Made it easy by transferring all the data and setting everything up.
Jannsen is a legend. Full stop. He went above and beyond fixing my laptop, and it's brand new. He did more than replace the battery, he cleaned the laptop which was dirty as heck and I had no idea how to clean it, offered me a free month of comprehensive antivirus software and $20 ongoing that would provide 24/7 antivirus support. I freaking can't recommend him enough, he's great mate! Totally recommend him, and his services are comprehensive and affordable, and he explained all the services and its costs in an easy to understand manner. I could understand him without a background in IT! Totally recommend him if you have any PC, laptop, or IT issues. Thanks mate! ️

Nerd2Go / Pro Computer offered excellent service following the recent failure of my 8 year old tower computer. Jannsen was able to accurately recover all of my data, offer options for a new upgraded machine and rebuild, restore and deliver it in a timely and cost effective manner. Follow-up assistance was excellent in resolving and improving the configuration of a major piece of software. Will definitely patronize this business for future computing needs.

My computer got stuck on loop and needed it fixed ASAP. Called monday morning dropped it off and they run diagnostics on it and found issue and resolved the matter fast. Going to go to these guys for any computer problems from here on out - Jannsen was super helpful couldn't recommend enough

Took my laptop in because it had a nasty stripped screw in the GPU bracket. Despite the fact that it could've been a 5 minute job for the same minimum fee, the tech took the time to do a thorough clean of the machine and left the machine exactly how I needed it for my plans on repasting it later. Humble location but very good work ethic
