Store is immaculate. Well presented and clear layout. Staff are very knowledgeable, being artists themselves. A real pleasure.

Have had two memorials for deceased pets done up by the staff here, the first one was back in 2014 and another this month, both turned out really beautiful and wonderful quality, the staff were empathetic and helped with picking colours and framing both occasions.

Beautiful store with an incredible range of high quality products, the problem is everything is way too expensive.

The staff are very helpful when browsing instore. However, should you require a refund, the customer service experience turns negative. I bought a product from them that turned out to be faulty. I was told I was not entitled to a refund or exchange as I had "used it". Of course I had used it. It was only then that I realised it was faulty! And used or not, any reputable business would offer the customer an exchange or refund if they had sold a product that was defective. I tried to support a local business and this is the attitude I faced. I'll be shopping online from now on.

Im writing this review because of my disappointment with Murrays framing.
After spending $400 dollars on one picture to be framed when I get home I has Cripples on one side and then the glass rattles as well Not happy at all I Will not be going back at all and Will not recommended Murrays to anyone.

To me it's a serious thing to accuse anyone of anything publicly.but I stand up and say that this woman cheated me of one hundred dollars. She claimed that the two receipts were different but never rang me in the week she had before I went back.full of th eflu.to ask her for my $100. For some reason her receipt was different to mine. She stood there in a cold voice and argued and argued over the matter. She refused to give it to me and the staff stood and stared at me like I had horns. It was the most horrible situation! Inadvertently, she cursed herself and her shop. Personally, I dont wish anything to happen to her but I know that these things do take their course over time in one way or another. The beautiful pics that were framed by the young chap in the store, soon came out of their position and became obvious it was a botch up. Six hundred dollars for them and they sit here reminding me that there are people out there that only have their own interests at heart and seem to appear otherwise to most of the public. Not a person I would trust.

What a terrific business. It is great to see so much variety in art supplies and framing. The service and experience are reflected in the the advice given and I highly recommend the business to anyone in Toowoomba or visiting.

I love my hand made artists book I got from Murray's. A beautiful shop with a huge variety of art supplies and framing options. Lots of classes available and even the option to purchase artworks created by local artists.

Great local art shop with many talented artistic staff that know their stuff. Many good quality products for art and great framing.

You may have to adjust your days and times as I checked your website to make sure you were open today, (26th March) and you said that you were open. I couldn't find a carpark anywhere so I parked at the top of Grand Central and walked all the way down, only to find that you were NOT open.
