Mummas Fish 'N' Chips

By far the best fish and chips and salad my wife and I have ever tasted. Seriously, the Mackeral was cooked perfect, the chips were amazing, and the salad, well, we have never had a salad with pomegranate, cheese, beetroot, alfalfa, bean sprouts, avocado, just outstanding. Thank you

Food is good, wait time is 5-20 minutes depending on what you order. One of the women who work there is simply just rude. Called their number to ask if they take orders over the phone and the response was a very blunt “no” and they hung up.

Not only the best burgers in town but also the best chicken and salad wraps. Also the best customer service I've come across in a long time

This couple has done a fantastic job of rebuilding this business up to what it is today- great burgers, really nice seafood & chips, and good quality fresh seafood, plus a great selection of other products to use with your food or cooking. Definitely my preferred takeaway in the Rocky region.

After rave reviews we decided to finally check this place. We got 2 seafood baskets, average at best, tasted frozen and processed. Service was great and fast. Might come back and try a burger.

I had a Works Burger, wow what great and best of all cooked to perfection everything so tender, juicy and fresh and to top it off the chips wow. Definately a must go in Rockhampton

Wow! We just had the biggest and most filling burgers we have ever had. The meat was tender and flavoursome and everything was cooked and presented perfectly. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to enjoy our meal. Love the outdoor setting at the side of the shop. We will definitely be back.

A very good Fish and Chippery, which I was told by the owner is the best in town, I think personally maybe amongst the best in Qld. A little bit expensive ($15.50 for one Fish n chips meal, battered Mackerel, no drink) but I was happy with the product, (lemon and tartare provided) short wait time as it wasn't busy, friendly service, outdoor shaded eating areas, good parking.

Of all the fish and chips restaurants that I've been to, I highly recommend mummas fish and chips, it's the best fish and chips ever.

This was by far the friendliest service and most delicious burgers and fries we ever had ️ 10/10 would book a flight to Australia just to get the fish burger again.

WOW.the best fish and chips ever, I mean ever. Coming from the West Coast of Australia we have some magnificent fish but the best of it gets exported.
The sea scallops where amazing, cooked to perfection, the fish was moist and the best tasting ever.
Also purchased cooked prawns.once again. Magnificent.
As we are grey nomads wandering around this beautiful country of ours we have tried many fish shops only to be disappointed. Our belief in fish shops has now been restored.
Keep up the great work.
Will definitely be back before we move on from Rockhampton.

Fish average. Overcooked and expensive. $17.50 for a very small piece of coral trout. Service was very good.
