Went here today for the first time, receptionist was polite, Dr and nurse were professional. Will definitely be back.

I just had an appointment with Dr Pregrag Urosevic, he was very rude for the entirety of the appointment. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. The doctor was dismissive and cut me off when I answered his questions, spoke to me with a very rude and judgemental tone, and when I tried to book my appointment for an ultrasound to track my babies’ health after my appointment with Pregrag this morning, and he didn’t give me the the correct paperwork to get an appointment at the x-ray clinic, meaning I’ll need to book another doctors appointment (definitely not here) in order to be seen for my ultrasound appointment. Just a waste of time and a terrible experience overall. Absolutely disgusted and shocked at this level of unprofessionalism from a doctor. The receptionist was a very friendly and lovely young lady. Disgusted after looking at the review replies of other patients who’ve had similar experiences with this man and seeing his pathetic responses not taking any responsibility for his actions. Awful. I usually only write reviews if I have something nice to say, but this was such a terrible experience. Dr Pregrag Urosevic, I hope you reflect on the way you speak to people and behave towards people after reading this instead of trying to respond with another rude message, it’s only embarrassing yourself. I will make sure to read the reviews on a doctors clinic next time I book an appointment somewhere and I’ve submitted a formal complaint to the Office of Health Ombudsman.

You are a disrespectful, nasty, arrogant man who can’t take responsibility for your own actions or take criticism in any capacity. I don’t think your in a position to tell me about what my medical journey will look like considering you didn’t ask me a single question about my medical history. Please consider another career. Dr Urosevic is an outstanding GP, a great listener, clinically excellent, with thorough checks & diagnostics in order to come to the core of the clinical issue. My whole family has been seeing Dr Urosevic over the years and we recommended many friends and family members. Dr Urosevic always goes the extra mile to call, check on the patient and go through results out of hours shows his desire, commitment and care towards his patients - a rare trait.

Dr Urosevic did an excellent job to surgically remove a BCC skin cancer from my forehead a few weeks back.

Before i had the surgery, i was quite concerned about if there would be noticable scarring afterwards due to the fact that it was on my face. But i put this concern aside knowing that i was in the right hands because Dr Urosevic has been doing these type of procedures for more than 20 years.

Anyway, a few weeks after the surgey i had the stitches removed, and this was when i could finally see how everything was going to look. To put it simply, I was very happy with the results.

I highly recommend Dr Urosevic.

I have made appointments 3 times. They keep cancelling my appointments. They seem to always find an excuse to not take the appointment they booked.

As a Health Coach I have visited Dr. Urosevic many times. It is a pleasure working with such a doctor. When we discuss my health issues he is very open minded and he approaches problems from many sides. He discusses different causes of the issues and solutions. He is always ready to investigate further so a solution can be found. For these reasons, I recommend him.

Dr Urosevic is a very intelligent doctor with human values. He combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. He strives to give the best care to his patients and will go out of his way to help them. Over the years, he had provided me with a wealth of information and guidance on various health topics. His other staff is extremely friendly, caring and professional and will go out of their way to get you an appointment when you have an emergency.

Doctor Urosevic is very caring about his patients and has a very professional approach when helping his patients.

I was a bit sceptical at first with DR Urosevic but in the end i realised he is very thorough and professional and he did a great surgery on my ear. I would recommend.

Had a skin check appointment at this clinic and I was baffled by the friendliness of the staff. I was not greeted on arrival and was only asked if I was a new patient after standing at the desk looking at the receptionist on the phone for 5 minutes. She then said ‘fill out the form’ after filling out the form I stood there for another 5 minutes waiting for a response from the receptionist so decided to sit down. I then waited, laying on the bed for 20 minutes before I was seen. Got told my problem ‘’might be capillaries but that’s it, I’m not entirely sure” and was dismissed after 2 minutes. Thanks?

I highly reccomend Dr Urosevic he always helps me with any concerns I have and I can trust him completely. Very friendly staff as well. 5 stars!

I had a melanoma removed from the side of my face. The in-house surgery required a 3cm incision to remove the cancer. Dr Urosevic did an amazing "plastic surgeon" stitching procedure - with the result you wouldn't know there was a scar present. I was also well looked after by the practice. Terrific job really!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Urosevic since we moved to Brisbane from Sydney over 5 years ago.
During this time Dr. Urosevic has managed our health issues and always provided us with sound medical advice.
We are both over 70 years and he has looked after us in a professional, competent, kind and caring manner.
His staff have always been friendly, efficient and helpful.
Three years ago following day surgery on my right leg by a dermatologist, I developed a severe infection that the dermatologist was unable to treat as his practice was closed.
Dr. Urosevic came to the rescue and through his care and diligence the infection was beaten.
I will always be grateful to him for saving my right leg.

What a nightmare! When I booked in to find a local skin cancer clinic in my area, I must admit I was concerned as this was a bulk billing clinic. I'm always weary of clinics that bulk bill as the service is less than desirable. In this case it was much worse than I had anticipated. Upon arriving and confirming my booking for my 2 sons (aged 10 and 13) I was approached by the nurse asking me (several times over and over!) was I here to see the doctor or get a skin check? (despite putting it in the online booking and inital booking information). Once the doctor finally came into the room to check over my sons, I was taken back by his demeanour. Dr Urosevic was ubrupt and dismissive. My sons are always out in the sun, playing soccer etc and I merely wanted an overall check as I was concerned about several moles on my children's bodies. Dr Urosevic did not check over my sons whole body entirely until such time as I requested it (more than once). He seemed like he really couldn't be bothered. He then went on to tell me that 'they are ok' without even putting his instrument on the moles to check. Another comment was 'I've checked them they are fine' without even looking at other moles on their bodies. The fact they are children does not give him an excuse to do a sloppy job, worse still not even check them thoroughly. All I can say is please be mindful when booking into this clinic, as this place is a joke lacking in professionalism and duty of care for patients.

I was referred to Dr Predrag because of his experience and skill, I can now recommend him myself. I had two mole biopsies, both surgeries were painless, over in a minute, and bulk billed.

I want to congratulate Dr Urosovic and his team on so many years in his own practice. I have been a patient of him for about 18 years and he has always been competent and helpful. I have had my fair share of chronic disabling illnesses over the years and he has never judged me. Dr Urosovic has always given me a referral to a specialist and theres always been an outcome even though with 90% of my illnesses you can't see but are diagnosable. I remember explaining weird symptoms to Dr Urosovic years ago for one of my troubling illnesses and after a trail of Drs and specialists we got to the right place and a diagnosis was made to his surprise. I remember saying to Dr "i'm glad you listened to me". He said "I always listen to my clients as they know their body better than I do". Thats wisdom right there. Since then, iv'e had the same situation a couple of times and he has not judged me once and the diagnosis's (even though they were invisible) were detectable and diagnosable and he helped me achieve an outcome of knowledge of diagnosis's which i'm thankful for. I feel the practice has fair wait times currently as in the past you had to wait a long time. I must also make mention of his amazing secretary who always goes way above and beyond "Snezana". Well done both of you and keep helping the public like you are. Thank-you also for not charging on top of Bulk Billing. I highly recommend this practice.

I found Dr Urosevic to be very professional and caring. The talented doctor who actually listens to you and aims to get to the bottom of your issues.
He has a very steady hand and his stitching skills are second to none!
Dr Urosevic picked up early cancer in my routine skin check and made sure I understood what it meant and what the next steps were going to be. The whole process from biopsy to surgery was painless and the scar looks really neat. He is extremely thorough and gives me the confidence I need in a specialist.

Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dr Urosevic and his clinic with its lovely reception staff.

Had a skin check up booked on about 3 months ago. The appointment was at 12: 20 and i remember waiting about almost an hour to be taken care of. I was not the only one by the way, pretty much all of the patient waiting for their appointments were looked after later than the time given to them. So, really not a good start. The doctor came in and had quite of a rude attitude, i told them what my issue was and had an idea of what it could be. He’s answers was that we can never know and can’t be sure of what it is really (which i understand) so they suggested to get some sample and send them for analysis. (Side note: the nurses were really lovely and professional). I was told, after my sample’s been taken, that i would get a call a week later or a few days later when they receive the results. It’s been about 3 months and I still haven’t got a call from them. Obviously I did not wait on them and went to my general GP and they instantly knew what I had by just looking at it and gave me a treatment for it. My review is a bit late but I was just reminded of it when driving by the place. Anyways, overall not a good experience. And 1 star is still too much for that rating.

Very amazing service! Super happy with Doctors experience and perspective, very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question. Will stay here as my family’s clinic as he is also great with my family. Thankyou Doctor Urosevic and staff!
