I had my iPhone screen replaced here and it worked for the first couple weeks but now I can’t use my phone properly because the screen is no longer responding accurately to my finger touch / movement and is clicking on all the wrong buttons etc.it was obviously a cheap counterfeit part, better off paying to get a genuine replacement.

Alright so recently I took my phone to these guys just to fix the screen because I had cracked it, I was greeted by a lady her customer service was exceptional, 30mins had passed I retrieved my phone and paid the due amount whatever no problem, but I had to take my phone back 2 days after their services because 1. Their shop was closed due to a public holiday I couldn’t take it back the next day and 2. I would’ve taken it back the same day to be reassessed and fixed but their shop had already closed considering the time I had while I was visiting QLD.the day I retrieved my phone it was glitching, it wouldn’t turn back on and wouldn’t even charge, I thought maybe it’s the cord so I brought a new Apple power chord nope wasn’t it, it would only charge enough to turn on and stay on 1% or 2% max with the hours I left to charge.
Anyway I take it back when they finally opened back up and explained what happened showed them my receipt cause I was greeted by another lady someone different, didn’t like her to be honest it frustrated me the fact she wouldn’t listen and thought she knew it all just because she works there, in fact she was telling me my home button had a problem when I told her no there wasn’t it was working fine to the touch prior to the day I first brought it in.

I ended up speaking to another guy only to repeat myself, he said give him an hour also to reassess and see what he can do so basically i went back and I walked out buying another phone from them because I was desperate on the spot, and arguing is no point these days, the guy repeated my problem I told them they did and he couldn’t do anything because it wouldn’t charge long enough for him to do whatever it was he needed to do, I’ve now taken it to another phone repairers to look into only to find out these guys did more damage then i anticipated, I don’t normally make a public rant over this but I definitely wouldn’t be recommending you guys, it’s a hard no for me.

I got my samsung s9 plus screen replacement done today for a good price. Service is fast and very professional. Highly recommended.

The management has Zero business knowledge, Will not provide their ABN, Tried to protect their Shop from a vicious online Scam using their business name as a pretext to scam thousands online.
It's a pity this owner is too ignorant and full of attitude. I'm sure he will soon learn the hard way.

Called to to ask for their ABN due to scammers using their business name in a current online scam.
The owner gave poor attitude and refused to provide their ABN directing me to online sources. Leads me to believe he is actively involved with the scam. Theres no legitimate reason to refuse to provide a legitimate ABN number by a potential Customer unless there is something to be afraid of.

Should have given your ABN when asked without the belligerent attitude. A simple request met with hostility.
Obviously I was trying to confirm your business legitimately direct from the store due to some false website using your name under different false credentials.
After confirming your ABN matched the website I was viewing, I was going to offer you a very lucrative ongoing contract which would have propelled your business sales and profits considerably into the future.
It's a pity you prefer to antagonize and Inflame and act self righteous over a simple valid reasonable and honest, publicly available information request, without trying to dictate to me about providing my identification. I am not required to provide my identification and reasons. All you had to do was say here it is.thanks for your enquiry.not act like a hot headed paranoid person.
You could also have said I don't wish to provide my ABN without a sale contract to be signed first. Not only was I giving my time to alert you to a social media scam using your name, but also do a possible major ongoing purchase agreement.
Sadly as you said yourself. "I'm not in business to succeed"
I even called back and asked your worker, "Are you going to stop being immature now and we can discuss a deal? " He hung up.absurdity.

I came to this place twice and had a great experience both times. The first time, I had my info/photos transferred from my Samsung s7 to my HDD and sold, and the 2nd time I had my Samsung s9 screen and back fixed. I'm very happy with the results! They are super friendly and do a great job. Their pricing is cheaper than other places and very trustworthy. I would definitely recommend Mr. Mobi to everyone. 10/10

I just purchased a new Samsung Fold 2 and these guys were great to deal with. I got $650 off the rrp and it arrived the next day. Order a case for it and it arrived the next day. Extremely polite sales team. I will definitely be buying all my phones from here in the future.
