As a 14 year old I was kicked out for loooking at hot wheels by a angry lady with brown hair we did absolutely nothing and got yelled at.

Great selection. The shop is a little bit dank, could do with a refurbishment to make things more interesting and fun and get rid of the musty vibe. The prices vary, but worth a visit to grab the toy you’re looking for.

Awesome toyworld. The staff engage with the kids and answer their 90 million questions. Patient and well priced.

The staff here go above and beyond to help if there’s an issue, super friendly and even helped me pick out presents for Christmas, I appreciate how friendly and helpful the staff are! Thank you!

Staff had limited knowledge of RC cars and parts and referred me to another store to get parts, yet they had some in stock, go figure.

The only bad thing about this store is the amount of options. If you take kids with you, set aside plenty of time for decisions, they have everything a kid could dream of

Possibly some staff training in order?

I dropped in with my wife to buy a ride on vehicle for our young granddaughter. After viewing the displayed vehicles, we decided on a 'go kart' type of peddle vehicle priced very clearly at $179. We had to call staff from behind the counter who seemed oblivious of our presence. No biggy so far however. I asked if we could acquire said vehicle and staff went off to find the one remaining boxed item that was in the inventory system. After some time searching it couldn't be found. Staff apologised that it must have been an inventory/stocktake error by "someone" which left one in the system when in fact it seemed there were none.apparently. OK, no biggy, mistakes happen. We enquired if we could take the displayed vehicle and maybe at a slightly discounted price? That was agreed to so all good. I went out to put the kart in the car while my wife paid the $179 less small discount for the kart.
My wife called out to bring the kart back. Staff apologised.again.and informed us that it had been incorrectly labelled, again by "someone" and the actual price was $358. With 358, being exactly twice 179; now things started to sound a bit less "erroneous".
The sale was lost as we went somewhere else and bought our grand daughter's ride-on vehicle due to a now total lack of confidence in Mr Toys, Mitchelton.

Training suggestions:
1. Staff failed even after some time to enquire if we needed assistance and had to be called from the counter 'conference';
2. Apparently stocktake/sales systems require some adjustment and staff training on said system is apparently also required;
3. It would appear that staff require training or need to pay more attention to correct pricing of items on display.
Other than the aforementioned, there seemed to be an abundance of toys and children's activities that wasn't available anywhere else that we could see. The store is convenient to traffic and has ample parking at the door and under the complex.

The legend Adam gave us a free toy boat after some technical difficulties of our last purchase. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Cheeky pay rise for Adam is necessary. From the Boat Boys

Customer service is bad, purchased something for Christmas and needed to cancel it and had sent request same day - after it was delivered they told me it was delivered. Idiots.

Easy parking, helpful staff, wide range, reasonably competitive on price! Very happy with the products purchased!

Friendly staff, great range at good prices. Often a lot of stuff on special if you need cheaper options.

Friendly enough and staff had good knowledge, store items seemed more expensive Then else where, I noted on sale items they put the price up to cover the "specials"

Sadly I have been there twice and both times the staff was very rude. Upon entry in the store, both times there was staff at the counter right next to the door, not even acknowledging people entering. When needing help with items, it was as if I was disturbing/annoying them. Will not return and will go at the Aspley store instead. Very disappointing.

I called about a toy I was looking for, and I believe it was Debbie, was very helpful and professional. They did not have the toy I was after, but she managed to track down which store it was located. I really feel she went out of her way for me, which I really appreciated.

I. Love this store because if you're looking for something and you can't find it they come up to you and say do you need help and they have lots of parking and basically everything a fifteen year old would wanted in the store great job Mr toys world

Best range of toys compared to other Mr Toys. Toys laid out nicely so you don't have to rummage and touch everything.

Complete range of toys and amusements for Children of all ages. Huge floor space. Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of parking available.

Good store, they have almost 3000 lines of toys for any age till 18s the only problem is their prices! Way over reasonable. In the time that ebay and websites are competing you cant keep these prices around

If you can't find it here you won't find it anywhere. They have a huge range and very helpful staff.

A pretty big store with a great range and nice staff. Has bikes and outdoor stuff too like trampolines and cubby houses.
