Great happy advise no pushy sell or upsell and all this and the store was overflowing with elves on their last minute shop.

Price matching policy is ridiculous, they are charging 50 dollars more than the competitors and refuse to price match what I wanted because the store I showed them what located on the Gold coast, not the Sunshine Coast LESS THAN AN HOUR AWAY. RIDICULOUS

This is my husbands account but anyways, I personally work in retail and know how hard it is to get good service let alone amazing service. Can I just say the whole team were absolutely amazing! Their friendly service is the reason why I will choose to shop here over any other toy outlet of the coast. Always going above and beyond to just make me feel like I’m valued and my money isn’t just somthing to put in the till. Thank you to every single staff member who works there. You are truely doing somthing right!

This is the best shop for collectables and toys great range of pop vinyls RC cars hot wheels and other great things like LEGO go here if you want toys is all I can say!

Was pleasantly surprised with this store. I've been to other Mr Toys in the past and this one was well setup, and the staff were very welcoming and polite. Their prices are certainly not the cheapest, but they have a massive range.

When it comes to toys, there is no other store that has the quantity, or quality of Mr Toys. Massive store with a huge selection. Has many niche and limited edition runs with heaps of staff that are friendly and helpful. Epic!

We have been served by a lady named Katy every time and she is delightful! So knowledgeable about Pokémon, Lego and all other toys! My boys get excited to talk to her as she is such a positive happy person and really interacts with customers so beautifully! What an asset to this business! If I owned a toy shop or any business to do with children I’d be getting her to run it! Look forward to seeing you again Katy next time we are in!

Been here a few times seeing as I have children. Good range of stuff. Some you can definitely get cheaper elsewhere but some you can't get anywhere else. Always helpful staff.

I wish there were either more staff to help, or more helpful staff in this shop. Whenever I've been in and asked for help, I've been told "xxxxxx is out the back and will be back soon" or "oh, I don't know much about that", or "instructions are on the box". Not helpful guys.

Ludicrously expensive, the store is very cluttered, hard to navigate around, not a huge amount of staff either so looking for assistance is near impossible

Toyworld is just that a world of every toy ever made huge variety plenty parking but prices can be expensive.

Expensive compared to others. Twice have had products prices labelled incorrectly (more expensive at the counter).
Staff are generally pleasant.

Went looking to buy pool toys locally, they had a pretty good range. Less in stock than what was on their website though, but we wanted to buy local. A very large range of board games too.

Went to get a spur and pinion gear for my electric car I bought there, the young bloke behind the rc parts section had very limited knowledge of the parts and what I needed even though it was a car I had just bought of them, ended up giving me a spur gear that he thought would fit but wasn’t 100% sure was the right one

Great service, I returned an item that I couldn't find the docket for, the lady was very helpful searching the system verifying the item and card it was bought on, well done refunded with a smile, very helpful.

Shopped at this store Xmas eve and was overwhelmed on how much stock was left, found the staff to be super attentive, helpful & polite will definitely be back with my 4 grandkids, keep up the great work guys,
